Absolutely FIRST CLASS! Highy professional and very personable. My installer, Bobby, went the extra mile on my wrap and he was very attentive to my questions. Likewise, Shandi assisted me with my many questions as to material selection & color choices. She was super helpful and could not have been nicer. 10/10 for WrapJax! Clean shop, cool, creative ways to market things for my business, and the staff was so awesome and friendly! Shout out to Shandi who was so kind - explained how the process works, showed me examples of the work that can be done, but also helped me feel at ease with choosing them by demonstrating the teams experience and expertise with their portfolio and hands on examples! If you need anything wrapped -> bikes, cars, signs, look no more! This is your team!!

Used them to wrap three transit vans. Incredible that they were able to print and wrap such large vehicles. The turn around time was super fast. Shandi in the office is so nice and helpful. Our company has a designer but they have 3 or 4 in house designs to help you with designs if you need it. Highly recommend!!!

I stopped in to have my van measured for a wrap. They got me right in, escorted me upfront and left me with the receptionist who has been quite helpful And helping me place this review I will certainly use them when they get me the quote great place to visit and I would very satisfied that I stopped in here

Just picked up my Tesla Y wrapped in a color shift wrap. It looks insanely cool! WrapJax Tacoma did an amazing job. Plus great customer service and communication. I’ll definitely be back!

Took my new vehicle in for an estimate on wrapping the door blades. All staff were friendly and helpful. I was provided several ideas and options, one was shown to me on an employee vehicle so I had an actual visual. I made the appointment. When I brought my vehicle in, I had made the decision on one of the options, and asked about some additional work on side reflectors. They said 'No problem'. I asked about getting all 4 done, and an employee gave his opinion which led to getting just 2 done. It would have been easy for him to just say 'sure, all 4' ,(at additional cost). His honest opinion about the esthetics was a great one and I am very happy with the look and he was absolutley right. I took the car to the dealer when my plates came in, and they were amazed at the quality of the work. Kudos to all of you at WrapJax, and I highly recommend them.

Ive had two vehicles wrapped in PPF, and it’s the perfect solution to protecting your vehicle long term. They did amazing job and have great customer service.
