I reserved a vehicle for 4:00 p.m. today. I arrived at 4:00 p.m. to drive the Zipcar. It wasn't there no biggie. I called customer support and let them know.there is no way to send a message to customer support you can only call them.I was on hold for 30 minutes while I was on hold I got in touch with them through Twitter. Both customer service agents work extremely unhelpful unprofessional and not concerned with my well-being at all. An hour has gone by, they told me another car will be available at 5:30.At 5:30 they told me that another car wouldn't be available until 8:30.the entire time all they said that they could do was either refund me or reschedule my ride even though I reserved this ride for 4:00 p.m. when they said that they were going to refund me, they made sure to mention that I would not get my money back for 3 to 5 business days. Today is Friday and I'm out $100.When asked what am I supposed to do because I'm stuck in Tacoma, the customer service agents multiple customer service agents said that I should just call an Uber.and when I asked them if they would be paying for the Uber since I didn't have any money because I spent it all on a Zipcar,I was told that they would not be paying for the Uber that they would only be refunding me that's all they could do and that they were extremely sorry for the inconvenience.It wasn't just an inconvenience.And inconvenience is waiting half an hour or an hour maybe 2 hours for the rental car.It's complete and actual b******* to reserve a car for someone at a certain time at a certain place and then tell them you just won't be able to follow through and then there's no way to remedy the situation.So I'm going to tell you what Zipcar told me: you should probably just get an Uber our lift or another car sharing service any car sharing service that's not Zipcar.Whatever you do, do not use Zipcar!DON'T DO IT.DON'T LET THE REVIEWS VIA GOOGLE PLAY STORE FOOL YA!
