I’ve been a member of BECU, starting at the Tukwila branch, for 17 years now. They used to have the best customer service I’ve seen from any financial institution anywhere. Unfortunately now you can’t get them to fix problems with their system, or get through to a live human being to help for anything.

My husband and I had the best experience with John Mai Tran. He was incredibly kind and patient! We had a lot of things to do from opening new accounts, closing old ones and transferring funds into my IRA. He made the process so easy. I highly recommend him to anyone needing BECU services.
