“Our wedding rings are custom handmade rings. We live out of state and have never stepped foot into the store. Everything was handled online with a handful of phone calls and it was a very professional experience. The online communication was beyond expectations. She then helped me with minor alterations for my gown and also helped customize my reception dress. I was losing my mind before my wedding and honestly don't know what I would have done without her. “Kiko worked with me and my mom 1:1 over the course of 3 different wedding dates for a beautiful custom dress. It fit me like a glove and honored the Filipino-American aesthetic I wanted. I even got TWO looks in one: for the ceremony, I had traditional veil and Maria Clara sleeves. For the rest of the evening, I got my chic, modern, athletic dress! Everyone was wowed at the dress, and it was totally worth it to get something custom, and I can't wait to pass it on to my daughter or someone else special in my family. Kiko is great at his craft and you'll be well taken care of.”

“I woke up with anxiety at about 5 AM and submitted an appointment request. In my groggy state I made a bunch of mistakes on my request, but Natasha kindly reached out and confirmed everything with me. She gathered some references on what I was seeking in a dress so they could prepare for my visit. They were even okay with some very last minute changes.The shop is stunningly beautiful and the dresses even more so. They set aside dresses they felt fit what I was seeking and my first choice off that rack turned out to be the one I felt suited me most. It was so nice having my heart feel something when I put on the dress, I felt so beautiful. The staff (Tanya and Donna I believe are their names) are so so so so so kind, thoughtful, and sweet. They were so incredibly helpful and understanding.I clearly had a lot of concern about the dress arriving on time, but they were very good at reassuring it should be on time before my wedding this upcoming June. I think the fact that they were more hands-on during the processing really helped me. The other shop I went to was more letting me do the choosing and it was sort of overwhelming. The dress and veil I purchased were shockingly affordable and they offered a discount to me. I spent a little less than $5,000 total which was within my budget and they were very good at verifying my choice fit within it.I'm so glad I went with this boutique and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. This was a great experience from start to finish.”

This place asks you to wash your hands as you arrive, which I loved because the dresses were so clean and in great shape. We had come from another dress shop where all the dresses looked so dingy and in desperate need of cleaning. Overall great experience and a beautiful intimate space.”

“Luly Yang is one of my favorite bridal shops in Seattle, and I'm so surprised that it's not very well known (yet).1. The shop itself is amazing. Their bridal section/room is luxurious, but very down to earth. It's private and intimate, since no one from outside can look in. They have the most comfortable couch according to my guests.2. Stephanie and Meg are so sweet and helpful. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the process. They took time to understand what I like vs don't like, and helped me pick dresses to try on, and gave me lots of helpful suggestions. I didn't feel pressured at all, and had a great time trying on dresses and chatting with them.3. Luly's design is so unique and beautiful. Each dress had at least one detail that I've never seen before, and I was blown away by the construction and quality of her dresses.I think Luly just needs to up their marketing game a bit. :P I recommend every bride looking for their dream dress to visit Luly!”

She was clear, kind, easy to communicate with, and worked with the constraints I had in terms of budget. Everything was delivered on schedule, exactly the way she had communicated during our first consultations, and how I had envisioned the lehenga to be designed.
