Build-A-Bear Workshop Tukwila is a place where you can create your own unique plush toy by adding outfits, sounds, and scents. It is a wonderful and PAWsome place for kids birthday parties, office parties, or community events. The store is very well coordinated with absolutely fantastic staff who are very friendly, helpful, warm, and welcoming. The experience is awesome and most definitely worth stopping by with family. It can get pretty crowded and busy, especially on weekends, but the staff works very hard. Visitors love the many plushies and the ability to customize a furry friend with a custom voice message or outfits like a t-shirt and glasses.
I took my niece here yesterday to get the bunny build a bear and the three ladies working were so nice! Thank you Kaide, Kahela and Nura for your great customer service we appreciate you.

Payton saved the day. Ellie was not pleasing. She had an attitude and was rude. Payton needs a raise!
