I had the best Build-A-Bear experience because of Jey and Katie!!! They were both awesome and were really nice !!! I’ll make sure to come back !!! . This is a wonderful store with wonderful staff !!!

This bear was supposed to save my relationship. It failed SPECTACULARLY. I ended up alone at Kaiser with a bacterial infection and nothing to show for it. This company is built on LIES they sell you a dream of a magical bear that will fix all of your issues and instead all I ended up with was a toilet full of regret.

Esta (Sorry for the spelling!) was very helpful in helping us pick the birthday bear for our son. She was so interactive even though he was being a bit shy.

Was going for a celebration bear, and was able to be serviced right away. Though the store is on the smaller size ( no space for walkway and stuffed animal bins, especially when you have small children in strollers) the staff was warm and inviting. They do not over sell product, and work to get you on your way. This is the second time I've come here, so it will definitely be a future choice.

They have the worst customer service ever! I never been treated that badly by any sales associate like those! They were so racist and not helpful! Their tone was so bad and not passionate in helping others! I just spent a 50$ on a bear and they were raising their tones as if I was not able to listen! I asked one of them to add a voice record to my bear and they said we can’t because they have already stitched the bear while they didn’t I could see it clearly’ they were so lazy to help and treating me differently than others! Is that how the customer services done?

i went in for my sons first birthday, a young lady named payton gave us the best service, she made my sons day extra extra special. her vibe was a vibe loved that we went and did this for my sons birthday, for sure we will be back again.

I've been a loyal BAB customer for years. I was heart broken when the store in Bellevue was closed long ago. I loved taking my kids when they were little to stuff the bears. It was special memories for me. As they grew older, I still enjoyed the stores but I liked online better bc of the special discounts and more selections. I was having difficulties using my reward certificates online lately so I thought I went to the store instead. There were not many BAB stores nearby where I lived but I had a chance last Friday to visit the Southcenter Mall. Jey who worked there was super nice, friendly, patient and helpful in assisting me using the reward certificates. I had an amazing time and was very impressed that I had to share my experience. All of the employees were great but Jey went above and beyond. I truly appreciate his positive attitude.

We went to get a bear with our family for our nieces birthday and they were so nice to her the whole time! They sang a song for her and were very fun and attentive. The pay your age bear was a great deal for her as well since she's only 2 years old! Great location!
