The staff at this Build-A-Bear location is consistently rude and unprofessional, demonstrating a profound lack of basic common sense regarding customer and children interactions. Their unprofessionalism, including the use of foul language in an environment centered on children and families, completely ruined the experience. You need to do better with your hiring and training processes. This team need to be replaced

The renovations and new space look very nice, but the bright white walls feel too cold, corporate, less inviting.

I'm a regular here so I'm definitely biased but all the employees are very friendly and helpful and always make me feel welcome. I'd recommend coming on a week day because on the weekends it gets pretty crowded.

5 star review for Kaylee she was very friendly. Unfortunately I witnessed bullying from another employee who was very rude to us as a customer and likely will not come back again because she was so rude I believe her name is Kaide. She also got my brand new cinnamaroll dirty when scanning the tags. She should not be working in customer service.

I was recently on vacation with my family her and I can honestly say it was most definitely worth stopping by with my daughter. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Warm, friendly and welcoming. My daughter was smiling so much afterwards that she said her face was hurting! Thank u guys for the awesome experience!! Yes it busy but please be patient with the staff…they’re working as hard as they can

I loved the place and everything it has.
I bought my falcon a t-shirt and it looks great and pretty on him and I also bought him some glasses.
I wish there was something like this in Mexico too ☹️
