“Super excellent service from Leisa. I ordered lily flowers for my sister who was recovering from surgery at a hospital in Seattle. The flower arrangement online looked so pretty, however, the one that was delivered had less lilies but still pretty. But I wanted lots of lilies (for my sister to remember our mother who called her Lily). I explained the situation with Leisa and she issued another flower arrangement with lots of lilies. “Delaurenti is a wonderful florist. Their arrangements are stylish, sophisticated, fresh and last forever! Their customer service is always over the top but I had a truly amazing experience with them today . . . After delivering an arrangement to a friend who had just been released from the hospital, I learned that said friend was not going home for a few days but to his son’s house. Their delivery person went back to his house, picked up the delivery and re-delivered to his son’s house (a long way away) without charging for the extra delivery. I was blown away by this incredibly thoughtful extra step. Best florist on the East Side, no question!”

“I called one "local" florist, but when I asked if they delivered to Harborview Med Cntr, they said... where is that! {hung up} Pike Place Flowers knew exactly where I was wanting them shipped. I spoke with the owner of the family run business. They would even check with Harborview and verify that she wasn't in the ICU. They would track and hold delivery until she out of ICU, if she was. If you need to send flowers locally, I'd give them your business.”
