“What really made us book with Jenny and her team for our wedding was our first consultation with her. After being told by other florists that at our budget, we “might as well just do it all ourselves” (yes, we were actually told that), Jenny was a breath of fresh air and you can tell she truly does this amazing work out of a true passion for the craft. We did end up boosting our budget a bit (okay a lot), but never felt pressured to by the Flora Nova team. Presence aside, Flora Nova did absolutely incredible work and truly brought our vision to life. We keep staring at the pictures and cannot get over how beautiful their setup was at both our ceremony and reception venues. They even went the extra mile and transported our ceremony florals to our reception so seamlessly neither us nor our guests even realized they were the same florals! I still have no idea how they did that so efficiently. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Flora Nova if you are looking for a florist for any event. They were so easy to work with and really elevated our wedding.”

I have used Sal Floral Designs for my surprise engagement at Canlis, and they delivered flawlessly. The blooms were fresh and the design beautiful! I recently ordered from them for Valentines Day. Because of the big snow storm, they delivered early. This was much appreciated as I don't know if they would have made it here due to the snow. I originally called and left several messages with the hotel and never got a response. I called Pike Place directly and spoke to the owner, Jim. He was terrific. Very helpful and extremely friendly. I'm so glad I worked with him directly. The flowers were in my sister's room upon arrival and they were gorgeous. I highly recommend Pike Place and working with Jim. Such a pleasure and seemed to care about his customers (which you don't see much anymore).”

She went way above and beyond to help me with a last-minute delivery for a family member recovering at Swedish Medical Center. This was not a typical flower delivery. The patient needed headphones so she could listen to audiobooks while recovering, and Leisa actually went out of her way to source a pair of headphones. That thoughtful gesture made such a difference—not only for the patient, but for her entire family. She helped brighten an incredibly difficult day and gave our loved one something comforting to enjoy during her recovery. Every communication with Leisa was prompt and thoughtful. She even provided a number where I could text her directly, and she called back when she said she would. She was incredibly responsive, compassionate, and determined to find a way to help. What impressed me most was that Leisa and Neilsen Florist were willing to help even when there was little or no money to be made from the request. She treated helping our family as something that mattered, rather than simply as a transaction. In a stressful and difficult situation, Leisa gave us one less thing to worry about—and gave our family a moment of genuine kindness and joy. That kind of customer service is rare. They thanked me for reaching out and giving them the opportunity to correct the mistake, which I really appreciated. The delivery was also prompt, and the customer service was excellent.
