“We attended a conference here. Manager Yusuf and staff were excellent in making sure we had everything we needed for an exceptional time. It’s hard to manage this group, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and that our accommodations were great. I highly recommend this venue for a conference or event because of the staff here.”

“Stayed here after 4 straight nights of backcountry camping in Olympic State Park. Pros: - bed was comfy - water is hot with good water pressure - staff was friendly - located near the mall, so lots of quick food options - clean Cons: - cleaning staff started cleaning my room while I was out at breakfast, so I was essentially forced out before checkout - shower is flat so water gets all over the floor out of the shower, making it slick - coffee in the room needs some love Overall, solid spot to stay. Shout out to Lilybeth at the front desk who was very accommodating while I adjusted my morning (after being forced out of my room)”

Although the rates were higher then several of the other properties we stayed in over the course of our two weeks of vacation, the property did not disappoint. Located near a mall, lots of food options near by overall a very nice place to stay when visiting Seattle.”

“Kalan at the front desk was awesome. When I first got there, there was a line of people waiting to check in, but he was making sure everyone was greeted while helping the person in front of him. When it was my turn, he made the process really easy. After I got to my room, I found that the dishwasher had overflowed onto the floor. I went back downstairs, and Kalan was able to get me switched into another room right away. While I was waiting, more people came in and he was helping them with their requests too. I saw the hustle, and he handled everything professionally. Just wanted to give him a shoutout and hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”

“Located about 3 miles from the airport, it's a 10 minute drive away. The hotel has a small lobby but a large seating area for lounging or dining. The area also includes a full service bar and restaurant. It's an atrium style design so you can see each floor and rooms from inside the hotel. This locations provided suites. All the standard room amenities were included. Though a nice size crowd, it was very little noise. The hotel also has a pool, gym, Starbucks, business center and warm cookies upon check-in. Shuttles vans are available also to and from the airport. Great spot for the price point.”

“Free shuttles to/from SeaTac every half hour and 8 minute walk to the Amtrak station makes this a favorite place to stay while traveling. They are going through a total room renovation which should be done by end of 2027. Good continental breakfast which starts at 6. Very friendly staff. All this and the price makes this our first choice when traveling via Seatac.”

“This hotel excedeed my expectations, considering it has a 2 star rating. It's good for the price, staff are friendly and helpful. Some signs of wear and tear and an imperfect location but other than that it's perfectly adequate.”
