“I stayed here due to a business trip and had a super long day. I was extremely exhausted and I was so grateful that this hotel ended up being as amazing as it was. The staff care greatly about their jobs and it shows! The lady at the front desk that helped me made me feel extremely taken care of, I wish I knew her name to mention her! She wa just such a blessing. The hotel itself was extremely clean and tidy. It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night! Will be booking this hotel for all future Seattle tripsRooms: I’m very picky but this hotel was spotless! “Rooms were good, beds were nice. Staff was hit or miss. Decent breakfast. Gym and Pool were great. You can hear the train that runs frequently if you are facing the back area of the hotel.”

“I just have to share as this place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Lisbeth and Debbie!!! They have made it so easy during a difficult situation for me to feel comfortable. Great location, quiet and safe! For Tukwila this is a great option for short term stays.”

“This is a very mixed review as the hotel and staff are both perfect. My situation there was not. I parked in a well-lit section of the parking lot I was told there were security cameras but for some reason they are not in the section of the parking lot that I park in. My trailer was broken into and over $5,000 worth of my tools and equipment were stolen. It's in plain sight of the front desk and check-in area and of course nobody sees anything ever. It's very unfortunate. Speaking to the police the mall, the hotels, and every business right in this area is hit multiple times a day from these junkies and homeless that are rampant in the area. Make sure you leave nothing in your vehicle that even looks like it's of any type of value. I was also disappointed that I needed only an additional 2 hours past check out and had to pay for another night after having four rooms there for an entire week. Seemed very Petty at the very least. And I would not have needed that extra time if I wasn't talking to the police.”

“I have stayed at this hotel more times than I can count (probably 20+ this year alone). The location is perfect for access to the airport and/or the freeway. The rooms are comfortable and clean and just what we need for our business trips. But I just cannot even find the perfect words to say how great the staff is! They always make you feel welcome and happy to see you. And I really like to return and see the same faces (no staff turnover here). Top notch customer service here.”

“Located about 3 miles from the airport, it's a 10 minute drive away. The hotel has a small lobby but a large seating area for lounging or dining. The area also includes a full service bar and restaurant. It's an atrium style design so you can see each floor and rooms from inside the hotel. This locations provided suites. All the standard room amenities were included. Though a nice size crowd, it was very little noise. The hotel also has a pool, gym, Starbucks, business center and warm cookies upon check-in. Shuttles vans are available also to and from the airport. Great spot for the price point.”

“Nice, clean room. Front desk staff was amazing. Convenient location. My only complaint is that the television in the room was on the small side and the bedside lamps didn’t have USB plug-ins. We will definitely be back!”

“I regret to say that my recent stay at this hotel was rather unsettling due to the staff's overly persistent housekeeping interruptions before the standard checkout time.As a frequent traveler, accustomed to various accommodations, I was taken aback by the multiple disruptions I experienced. Typically, a "Do Not Disturb" sign provides guests with the option to rest undisturbed, but this courtesy was absent.My rest was interrupted first at 10 AM, and then repeatedly, even after I communicated my desire to not be disturbed. It's common for hotels to offer a gentle phone call reminder from the front desk when it’s time to check out, allowing guests a little leeway. Unfortunately, this hotel seemed to prioritize room turnover efficiency over guest comfort.This experience, which left me needing meditation to regain my composure, was not in line with the hospitality standards I've come to expect. For my own peace of mind, I have decided to seek other accommodations in the future, preferring the reliability of other local options over the possibility of such disruptions.For those who value a peaceful and undisturbed stay, it might be advisable to consider other hotels in the area.”
