Metro by T-Mobile at 2800 Southcenter Mall offers affordable prepaid plans and a selection of 5G phones from Apple, Samsung, and OnePlus. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, providing great customer service and helping with questions about phones, plans, and services. While the mall kiosk may have less stock than standalone stores, staff always assist effectively. However, some customers find the Southcenter Mall location less satisfactory compared to other Metro stores, but overall, the service at this location remains helpful and decent.
Just a kiosk, not a full store front. I was having a complicated issue with my phone number and the over-the-phone customer service wasn't being helpful at all. Thank you Rymsha at this Metro location for using some great problem solving skills to help fix my problem!
