My phone was experiencing a very unusual issue yesterday, and after spending hours calling multiple AT&T departments without getting a clear solution, I decided to visit the store and explain the situation to Brian. From the moment I walked in, Brian was patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help.
During the entire process, he demonstrated outstanding customer service skills, strong responsibility, and true accountability. Even though the issue itself was very complicated, he took the time to carefully listen, explain things clearly, and make sure I understood every possible next step instead of just rushing me away like many others had done earlier that day.
What really stood out was his attitude — calm, respectful, and proactive under pressure. It’s rare to meet someone who actually cares about helping customers solve difficult problems. Brian made an incredibly frustrating experience much less stressful, and AT&T is lucky to have an employee like him.”
