We had a great experience checking out with Odd. Odd was very helpful and helped us save a lot on cat food. Odd is definitely a talker, but in the best way; friendly, engaging and genuinely interested in helping. Employees are super nice and it's a good store overall, but I cannot understand why it smells so strongly. The aquarium area smells like a bog, the dog daycare smells like wet animals and pee. I've just never experienced this at any other Petsmart. Definitely the reason I don't come to this location unless I have to.

Today my cashier was the best, such a jewel!!! When i tell you ODDY IS THE GOAT ! I ALMOST purchased a expired fresh dog food from the fridge and he caught it!
