“Before my son got his g-tube placed, our nurse navigator connected us, and our GI Specialist, with Option Care Health. There were some hiccups on the GI Specialist side and the insurance side, and the Option Care patient registration coordinator, Amanda Jones, was amazing with helping us navigate through the process. She persisted in getting the information we needed from the GI side when it seemed like it might be impossible, and got our delivery ordered immediately when it came through. The dietitian, Elaine, was super helpful and knowledgeable when interviewing us regarding my son's formula needs. The videos on enteral nutrition on the OCH website are great; we were so overwhelmed before beginning the ordeal of bolus feeding. But it turns out not to be an ordeal after all, and just another routine my son will be integrating into his life for better health. Thank you Option Care!”
“So easy to deal with, what an amazing experience. Almost all my experiences with the big local pharmacy chains have been awful. Paramount is a breath of fresh air. They text me to confirm details, know who I am, and are fast and easy to deal with. Possibly the only pharmacy left in town that treats their customers well. I am so happy my doctor sent me here. Absolutely fabulous!”

“Wonderful, amazing people. It is a closed door pharmacy, not open to the public. They service skilled facilities, adult family homes, hospice, etc., etc. all for patients who may not have the mobility or accessibility to retail pharmacy during normal hours. It appears as if they deliver during normal hours all the way up until about 10pm. What a life saving and honorable business. Shame on those people who gave it a one star rating when the only reason they did it, is because it's not open to the public. What is wrong with people. All the staff there from the pharmacy facility, to the dispatcher's to the exceptional delivery drivers. If only Amazon had as friendly drivers as these folks...LOL Great work to help their communities with this service.”

“The employees at this pharmacy work very hard. There may be a line at busy hours, but there are 3 little chairs available to sit on... not sure how you'd hold your spot in line. Carry the chair with you? What if you're disabled? Maybe I'm silly. I brought one over for a little lady because a) she's elderly b) the chairs were not very close to the line”

I ordered a case of napkins as a gift for my mother (who is a napkin snob). They are so much better than the grocery store brands! I received them very quickly and when I had a question it was answered equally as fast. I liked them so much that I ordered a case for myself.”
