“It's probably not the pharmacist's fault, but it took quite a while to get the 3 vaccinations I had. That mostly verifying insurance. Make sure you know your insurance numbers. The other issue that I don't know how to get around was that the way the pharmacist phrased some questions wasn't clear to me. Both he and I are native English speakers, but somehow we weren't on the same channel!”

It is a closed door pharmacy, not open to the public, but services skilled nursing facilities, hospice and adult living facilities for patients who may not have mobility or the accessibility to retail pharmacies by having their medication delivered to them. The reviews should be based on the quality of service, not personal failure to research the accessibility to the pharmacy.”

“I’ve had the best experience with Option Care. As someone who’s worked in healthcare with ties to home health, I know stuff can get wonky no matter how well orchestrated a plan is. What I appreciate is that everyone cared and was genuine. Every person I saw or spoke with took their time to make sure that I was ok and didn’t treat me like another task on their To Do List. At a fairly difficult time in my life, I’m thankful for the support I’ve received and the kindness I’ve been showed. And the nurse in Lakewood last week who did my dressing change and the nurse in tukwila today who did my line pull, deserve an award or a raise or something. Amazing woman! I may not have shown it but I was terrified and their compassion put me at ease. Thank you so much!”
“Considering how pharmacies all over the place are closing down and most that I've gone to give horrible service in the Last 4 years. Costco is overall better than all the competitors have gone to. Fastest to refill a prescription and the employees are great. Seriously I can't believe they only have a 2.8 rating on Google. All you have to do is go to a rite aid or a Walgreens if you can find one open with a pharmacy and you'll know that service is much better at Costco pharmacy.”
“I have always had good experiences at Bartells. Been trying to get my flu and updated covid shot for past couple weeks from other pharmacies around me and after CVS cancelled both separate appointments and others could schedule anything until like a month away almost, I tried Bartell. Was able to make an appointment to get both jabs done at same time for 2 days later at the Tukwila WA store. The pharmacist was so nice, professional but nice despite the walk-in people waiting for jabs giving her grief about their wait time. She is completely booked today until 8p - if you walk-in please be kind and patient..not all pharmacies offer walk ins! Give the staff a break!”
