The main entrance for "ALL DRIVERS" is uphill and the second left is from the main warehouse entrance. You will see a downhill. Guard will open the gate for you. And just keep driving around the building til you see receiving. Door. Almost to the middle of the building.

They don’t train there employees correctly and leave employees on there own when there new numerous times to fend for themselves and would get mad when they would mess up with the old equipment and there tukwila wa location is a joke there location has so many broken vehicles and there employees and staff are so rude to customers and there parts staff yelling at new staff members plus there tucked away in the back of a lot there’s trash everywhere also there was broken glass in there wash bay there equipment is not managed well rows and rows of broken vehicles hard to even drive through location management doesn’t care about the safety of the staff at this location and about new people coming in to train at this location would recommend staying away from this location

This place has horrible customer service!!! I ordered a Tonal for roughly $5,000. It was supposed to be shipped and installed on Saturday. They were a no-call no-show. In addition to being a no-call no-show they literally have not contacted me at all. I have called them now 5 times with the EXCACT same response. No one cares. Everyone has a great reason why they can't do anything about it. Zero empathy.DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

The company I drive for is contracted to Ryder truck repair. There was an issue with my vehicle that prevented me from completing my route. Jason and the crew were able to get me in immediately and resolve the issue. They've always done a great job when I've needed them.

These guys have the WORST service department. I work for a company with long term rentals from these guys. They wanted my truck for service and told us if we could bring it in on Monday we could pick it up first thing Tuesday morning. When we called Tuesday morning the truck was not ready. This is a pretty common factor with these people. Our manager than asked when it would be ready and he was told he could not give an eta. On Wednesday morning I went to ryder to pick up the truck. I went back to the service department and told Jack Newman I was there to pick up the truck for the company I worked for. He asked me what the truck number was and I told him i didn't know the number but told him the name of the company I work for. Apparently the computer he sits in front of doesn't allow him to look up a customer name as he was incapable of doing so. Jack then threw his hands in the air and yelled well I dont know what you drive. I've delt with Jack 3 times before so I was expecting it so I yelled back, do you want me to go out and find it and take a picture? Then he started yelling at another guy to go find the truck. Needless to say, I went out and took a picture of their truck number, which has no meaning to anyone other than Ryder and brought it back to Jack. Then a nicer guy, AJ went and started it and helped me back out. Shame on Ryder for being aware of this employee and allowing him to bully everyone, customers and employees.

Would’ve given them a negative 5. Worst company ever. I’ll never use any companies again that ship through them. West Elm is one of those companies. This company has zero customer service. SIX hours on hold and still cannot get through to them to schedule a shipment.

Was a minor problem but they made it seem like it was top priority and yes i met Jack but hes nothing like the reviews. He was courteous and really cared about/for his mechanics making sure their safety was number 1. I was impressed thank yall for the quick time in and out back on the road.

The Rental truck provider with the best customer service ever. Rates could be slightly expensive but definitely worth it.
