“T.J. and the brother from New Orleans were great to work with—they were knowledgeable and honest about the product. We'll use this agency for future truck rentals due to the easy transition and decent trucks. Made it to Tucson Arizona.”
“Very fast!
The manager was a very nice lady, very pleasant to communicate, explained everything to me, understood my situation and very quickly repaired my truck and the mechanic was also very friendly, very qualitatively, everything was done, thanks to them for this!”
“The process was relatively easy, and the staff was extremely helpful. I forgot to put the dolly in the back and was about to leave, but the staff member noticed and loaded it for me. There were some issues in the app for taking the pictures. They were not uploading, so I had to finish the process on the website. Also, the mirrors were too tight to be adjusted, but it didn’t interfere with anything. I also really appreciate no fee or extra charge even though I was 10min late with returning the truck.”
“First of all, shout out to Tari for being such a rockstar! She was dealing with a line of customers, hitching trailers, and handling herself like a boss!! Honestly though, shame on this place for leaving this young girl on her own! She was great under all the pressure, but she needs help!! Even with the hour wait and such, Tari made the experience great!”

“One of the best vendors I have ever worked with. Prompt responses to emails, great customer service, and equipment always delivered on time. We have never had a service failure. We had a last minute urgent request; they figured a way to make it happen.”
