The staff here are excellent. I am a service dog user and a mother was encouraging her toddler towards my dog outside of the store. I thought if I turned into the store she would stop her child. She did not. One young woman blocked and another associate also made space and put themselves between us. They then checked in with me afterwards to see if I was ok. Phenomenal job with no hesitation. They were also quite helpful showing me a product that would help to blur the fine lines of my 50s

I am completely WOW’d by the service I just got here! The employees were constantly checking on me and recommending brands. I wish everywhere had this good of customer service.

Had the makeup artist Ramse and let me tell you he did amazing!!!!!!! He had me looking like a whole fantasy!!!!!!! He ate and left no crumbs!!!! Thanks boo I will be returning ?

Ladies, if you are of a different skin tone and try to go to this store, they will hold your items behind the cashiers instead of providing you with a basket, thinking you're going to steal. Be aware. I only went to this store because I needed to restock Sk-II products, which they only carry in Southcenter or Bellevue. I'll never return to this store again and question whether I should keep buying products from Sephora. Other stores carry their items, FYI. This f**king store is so racist full of white sales associates.

I recently visited Sephora and had a positive experience, earning it a four-star rating. It's Sephora--what's not to like? Although it's not a huge store, they carry most brands, and the staff is friendly. The store offered a wide range of beauty products, and the staff was helpful in assisting me. The layout was well-organized, making it easy to navigate. Overall, a great shopping experience at Sephora.

I have a feedback on the Nov 20, 2013 (around 10.45am) at Sephora, South Center mall Tukwilla WA. I went there to return the items I bought online. The cashier was unpleasant and upset to me and I had no idea..Now I checked again my account and the money of refund has not gone back to my account. I emailed the CS and they said I have to contact the store as they don’t see any return status for my order. I checked my Sephora account and it is said delivery but no return status..so disappointed!!

Monique on 12/6/23 at 6:40pm at the cashier was so rude for no reason I even asked why she was being rude to me and put back everything that I was going to buy back. If you hate your job, just quit. Don’t be rude to paying customers!!!!

Makeup stores are usually so stressful, but I was in and out super fast. Was doing an instacart order and I’m very thankful to the employee who helped me find what I was looking for. Really good vibes in this store compared to other experiences I’ve had in Sephora ?

This place is usually completely packed. I came right when they opened and was helped quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. They color matched me for a new concealer within just a few minutes of my asking.

It was a basic makeup store. I did love how they had so much in stock. But, a few of the products didn't have samples so I wasn't sure what I was getting.

We had been in the store half hour before anyone asked if we needed help I almost had a full face of make up on before someone asked if we needed help and the only reason they probably asked because I had mentioned it all the worker were just standing around talking to one another I didn't understand that I ha e been going for years I have spent thousands at the store not one time have I been offered a sample of anything it's crazy maybe because I'm older 51 but I do look around 37 but still that's really sad.

Went in today to color match for my wedding and I had the lovely Kaylee or Kailey (sorry) help me. She listened to what I was looking for and needed and was super helpful.I will be coming back for my foundation after I checkout these samples and see my preference.

People who worked at this southcenter location instead of they come to you if you need help , u have to come to them to get help even though they are just talking to each other and not doing anything else like asking the customer if they need help or question perhaps! That’s why I like to order online instead .
