“This Les Schwab has always been great to me, but this experience was over the top. As I was getting into my vehicle in Seattle, I noticed the right rear was flat, then spotted the nail sticking out of it. I didn’t have time for a repair in the city and also time to make it to daycare before they closed, so I filled the tire in town, and carefully drove to pickup my toddler. With toddler in hand I began to call the Renton and Issaquah tire places that were all near closing as it was now evening. No one was willing to look at the flat that day, and when I described it and told them the car was AWD they set about giving me quotes on replacing all 4 tires that were all 2-5 days out. When I called Les Schwab, they told me to stop by and they would take a look at it. They didn’t overpromise and guarantee repair, but promised to diagnose the flat this evening. I went straight there, but arrived 10 mins before closing time. They inspected the vehicle and confirmed they could repair the flat, they stayed 20 mins late and repaired it at no charge. WOW.”

“I had to jump-start my car on a couple of recent occasions, and went to Les Schwab at the 84th Avenue South location in Kent, WA, to have my battery tested; I was not surprised when informed that I needed a new battery. The employee (I believe that the name on his work shirt was CJ) was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options for a battery replacement in a no pressure fashion. I probably could have purchased a cheaper battery elsewhere. “Great hole in the wall place. It's not much too look at. Don't be turned off. They do good work for a fair price. I got a new used truck with loud flowmaster mufflers. I wanted it toned down. I drove there on a whim for an esrimate. Instead they did the work for a more than fair price and I was on the road in an hour. Hard workers and nice little shop for tires and exhaust.”

“I have been going to Les Schwab for over 26 years. They have always provided excellent and honest service. My recent stop at Les Schwab in Burien was another example.
I initially went to my dealership service department for an oil change before making a long trip (with a full U-Haul trailer) from WA to MI. My dealership told me that I needed to have my wheel bearings replaced. I knew that Les Schwab had done this work two years prior and trusted the job they had done. I drove over to Les Schwab and let them know that my dealership said I needed this work done and that I was now stressed and worried about the safety of my trip. I also felt that the dealership wasn't being honest in their assessment.
The manager Corey Bruhn and his team looked at my vehicle and not only assessed that my wheel bearings were completely fine and safe, he also had his team member Matt make a video for me of their test on each tire to show me that it was safe for me to take my trip and help relieve my stress. Their customer service went above and beyond.
Then the next day when I was about to leave, trailer already hooked up and full, I woke to a screw in my tire. Corey came to the rescue again and had one of his team members fix my tire right away so I could get on the road. He also reminded me that there were Les Schwab locations across the country and I could stop in along the way to have my tire pressure checked or get service.
I am beyond grateful for the care that Corey and his team provided. I only wish that Les Schwab had a location in Michigan. Hope you open one soon! Thank you, Corey and Matt!!”
