“I wish they were the how they use to be. Honest and friendly. They were nice but nothing special. We came in with a brake light on the dash. We figured it was a sensor. We received an outlandish quote over $1500 to fix it.. plus included in this outlandish quote was a quote to replace all 4 tires. No explanation at all. Just here ya go. Handed us the paper. Weird. Plus the tires on it are only 9 months old. Went to Napa bought the sensor for $74. Replaced it ourself. Loved Les scwab in the past. Rethinking.”

“I went out of my way to get my car aligned at this shop from a Groupon deal after installing coilovers. While I had to pay an additional amount for this work given my car was lowered, I still saved around 40% which is appreciated. They worked on my car about 20min after dropping it off and was ready to drive after 40min. I got a rundown of the adjustments made and the car drives straighter and smoother!”

“P1 is hands down the best wheel repair shop I have ever worked with. They are the only shop in the PNW I would ever be willing to go to. Not only do they do excellent work, but they are also fast, friendly, and have always blown away my expectations.. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I have had them work on everything from an ISF's wheels I had years ago, up through repairing wheels for my ferrari and even bringing back to life a super battered set of TE37SLs for my Evo X. PICK THEM IF YOU NEED ANY WHEEL WORK!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I received immediate service as soon as I walked into the office. I needed 2 new front tires. I shopped around and found they had the best prices. While I was there they found a screw in the front passenger tire and fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes. Great, speedy customer service, best prices and a very friendly staff. They did not make me wait unnecessarily like their competitor down the street.”

“I stopped into the West Seattle Les Schwab today after a tire pressure warning light came on shortly after having my tires filled elsewhere. Joey was incredibly helpful and discovered that all four tires had been significantly overinflated. He showed me the readings, corrected the pressure, and took the time to answer my questions and make sure my tires were safe. I really appreciated how thorough, patient and reassuring he was. This kind of service builds trust. Thank you, Joey!”

“We were on our way home from a long trip and had parked our car down the street from International Auto. Our battery died over the week we were gone, I was able to walk down the street in the pouring rain and purchase a new battery. The manager was very helpful and kind while dealing with some other difficult customers. He let me borrow a tool, get my car going, then I brought the car back and they installed the new battery for me. Saved our day and got us home after a very long day. Thank you so much International Auto!”

“Took a trip to Seattle from Bend, Oregon and discovered that one of my tired was low on pressure. Filled it up with some air but after arriving in Seattle the tire lost pressure again. “I’ve been coming here for many years and this is the only location I trust. They are always polite, friendly, and helpful. I’ve seen several new faces over the years but their team culture is something that still remains in tack. I’ve gotten tires here, rotation, wipers and just got a new TPMS. Their prices are fair and their work is great. I love that you can book online now which is great because walk-ins take forever.”

“I really want to thank Andrew Jackson for his help with my tires. I had called from the Tesla dealership down the street, with them saying if my tires were under warranty, they all need to be replaced. I had purchased them at Les Schwab in 2024 and it was just a foam issue. Andrew advised me to not listen to them and just bring my car in to get them rebalanced. I’m grateful that they were able to fix the issue and saved me from having to spend unnecessary money on new tires at Tesla.”

“The professionalism and welcoming attitude of everyone is unmatchable. Got one of my tires repaired as a courtesy, although it is not from them. They completed that repair, and mounting a full size spare in record time. They didn't mind to stay after hours to get me back on the road that same evening. I strongly recommend Les Schwab anywhere, and this Renton location has always shine with their deep knowledge and world class customer service.”
