“My husband and I were on our way home to Portland when our SUV broke down and the Firestone on Andover was the closest car service repair shop. When we got there, fluid was leaking out from underneath our SUV. The service tech, Kaylen, was very friendly and the technicians were fast. We got all the repairs done that day and did not have to take the train home and come back later in the week. We were so pleased with the service that we signed up for the Firestone credit card which I now love having for these kinds of emergency repairs.
