“Gary at the Smoky Point Store did an amazing job of working with us to find a new bed that would work with our existing Sleep Number base. The attachment systems have changed over the years and not all beds work. We did not want to spend the money on a new base, and he made that a possibility! Gary even stepped in, after our installation, to help get the additional magnet connectors ordered that were needed for our new set up as well! Fantastic experience ?”
“5 stars so far. Install was quite simple (though I am in a construction trade, so that helps), and the mailbox feels formidable. My mail seems quite a bit safer behind lock and key, and I believe short of stealing the whole mailbox that my mail will be safe. Also, very happy to learn that Mail Boss is a VERY local company to me, and that I've just learned I've driven by their offices many times. I love supporting local businesses.”

The mechanism in my recliner broke and they immediately ordered the whole replacement mechanism for the chair, not just the broken part. It is an Ashley recliner. I buy any furniture I need from them and always no presure.”

“wanted an out-of-the-ordinary sink for my (hopefully) soon to be completed kitchen remodel and, after browsing for ideas at Pacific Sales, went looking online where i stumbled across the ARTISAN CRAFTED HOME website. was immediately drawn to the 36" Round Front Copper Farmhouse Sink (available in four finishes: dark smoke, Rio Grande, cafe natural, and matte copper). went with Rio Grande since that was a nice fit with the faucet and cabinet hardware i was already leaning toward. be aware that being copper, the sink does require some maintenance and needs to be sealed (a quick rubdown with a soft cloth and an inexpensive waxing compound available from ARTISAN CRAFTED HOME) every couple of months. according to the website, their farmhouse sinks are hand-hammered in 14 gauge, lead-free copper by 3rd generation coppersmiths, are TIG copper welded, and built to last a lifetime. not sure about all that, but i can tell you this: my new sink is gorgeous.”
