Respectful and well mannered sales associates, store is clean and well organized, bags are durable and good quality. Every time I shopped there I had a good experience overall.

My wife bought my mother a purse from here. One of the straps was not well constructed and broke quickly. Russell Petersen (assistant manager) quickly identified what happened and exchanged the purse for a new one. With a smile on his face! He made the experience painless and pleasant.
