“Amazing store! Firstly, almost 30% of my wardrobe is already North Face items because they are stylish, very comfortable and high quality. Secondly, a special thank you for the shoes, I got them over six months ago and still look amazing, they visited California twice, returned to Seattle and even visited Portland, they are incredibly comfortable to drive thanks to their soft sole, very warm and as comfortable as slippers

“First allow me to Thank Heather for earning my Business for life, I no longer buy my Seattle Gear anywhere else. During the Spring of 2024 we had stumbled upon Sonic’s lids (M&N) that were sick! Unfortunately they only had one snap back and after returning to the store a second time in hopes to purchase many more as Backups, we meet Heather who was a complete professional who’s customer service is second to NONE! After sharing about our hunt for the M&N Super Sonic’s lids she asked to leave our info and would contact me if her store receives any… Low & Behold two months later I get an out of the blue communication that she has stock and would be more than happy to hold some for me. This one act won my business for life and I’ve dropped $$’s in show of appreciation of her Top Quality Service.

“Had a great experience at this store! The staff was so attentive and helpful. Great deals compared to the normal retail price. It often requires a bit of luck to find exactly what you want in an outlet store and the correct size and color, but there are for sure great deals to be made here!”

“Great back to school sale this year. Sweatshirts for under $25, shoes for under $50, half off backpacks. Everything Store wide was 40% off somethings 50% and even bigger savings on already marked down items. I got the taekwondo for myself for $40 regularly $80.
My only complaint is the staff isn't always very friendly or helpful.”
