“I have had to replace my windshield multiple times due to a lot of freeway driving and rocks flying up from semis. I’ve been to other places and McKinney Glass in my opinion is the superior place to go in Yakima. They always do a great job, but the best part is the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. I walked in today and they immediately asked if I needed a loaner car while I waited for them to replace my windshield, and when my warranty wouldn’t cover some of the cost, unknowingly to me, they helped work with me. I would recommend them all day long if you’re looking for great service on your glass needs, and wonderful customer service from the employees. (Particularly want to shout out Tino who went above and beyond.)”

“At first you may feel as though you have ventured into your stereotype auto parts store from any movie or TV sitcom. Dry reception, possibly, dark lighting perhaps. An intimidating tall ceiling warehouse feel. Ya, get over all that. The most friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you with your auto needs staff hands down. Gap Auto is five star. I only gave a 4 because sometimes they do not have what I'm looking for. Flip side to that is I'm usually looking for a tough, uncommon part for something weird like my Datsun ( yes, they do know what Datsun is, compared to competitors ). And most always Gap Auto had the part and it had sold out. Five star business. Ignore my 4 star and just go see.”

“While on vacation, caught a screw in my truck's tire. Leaking fast on the freeway. Found the nearest tire shop which happened to be Frank's Point S. We got there with less about 20 psi left. They immediately cleared a bay and got to work on the tire repair. In about a half an hour, we were back on the road and free of charge. Awesome service. Stress free despite the near emergency. Professional attitude brought piece of mind. Chill staff made the experience welcoming.”
“I was very impressed with the service and help they provided for me! It is a really tough environment with supply and demand with anything right now. Especially certain wheel! I was in very desperate need of a certain wheel because one of mine was cracked. Everywhere i called had absolutely no way of helping me get a wheel or even try to help for that matter. I went to a place down the road from azteca and would only sell me a set. Azteca was able to help me right away and got the exact wheel and hub center cap.
