“Absolutely fantastic business!! I decided to get a muffler delete on a dodge charger, I was a little worried at first modifying anything on this car because it’s a prized possession for us an it’s completely stock. When I called in, the extremely kind representative helped me book an appointment and had space for me to get it done asap! Once I got there it took no more than an hour max for them to call me back and let me know the job was done. Fanatastic work. I took off after the initial muffler removal but decided some more volume was what we wanted, so I came turned right back and asked about getting an appointment for the resonators as well..and they took my keys right there! While I waited I was able to talk with the representative and she was great! So kind and informative on all my questions about exhaust and the area too. Another 45-1 hour later (max) and my resonators were finished. I arrived at 8:20 and left by 10:30 with all the work completed. And oh boy do we love the sound and work done! Thank you guys so much again for it all! I will absolutely send anyone and everyone your way!”

“Had the oil changed in my Aston Martin Vantage Roadster by Blaine at Alpha Import Autowerks This is not a typical oil change as it is a dry sump system with multiple drains and filters. Blaine is very knowledgeable and provides professional services at a fair price. He communicates well and answered texts and emails promptly. I would trust Blain and Alpha Import Autowerks with any of my vehicles”

“I have been going to Elite for all my car repairs. I bought a new car in December and shortly after things started going wrong. The guys at Elite have fixed my water pump, cam shaft sensor, and thermostat. All fixed by the time they said it would be. Not only is it quality service but they also helped us with affording these things. We live paycheck to paycheck like most people. They helped us get financed for our services with no credit financing. Juan is amazing. He explains everything they do to my car like im 5, which is so appreciated since I know nothing about vehicles. He tells us if things are urgent or can wait till we can afford it. Very upfront and honest about what they are capable of and what they charge. I have always been quoted exactly what I pay. No surprises. And if something comes up I know that they will communicate with me. They get my car in quick and have it fixed fast! If your looking for quality service and great customer service go to Elite Tire!”

He called me back 15 minutes later with an estimate, so I’d have and idea at what I’m looking at paying to get it fixed. I needed it fixed fast as I share my car with my son right now. They got me in and out that same day. They went out of their way to help me and I feel their price was very fair. Highly recommend and they will be our new car mechanics for future needs. “We have been to three other shops including a Mazda dealership twice to fix our brakes and spent over $3,000 and it still was not fixed. I took our car to Auto Care Experts LLC and they finally fixed the issue. From the moment I walked in to schedule my appointment to the final bill I have nothing but good things to say about this business. They have great pricing and they fixed the issue the same day. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to this shop. Thank you so much!”

“Wheel bearing and oil leak repaired at a reasonable cost. Only giving 4 stars because I would expect them to check my oil level for an oil leak repair. My car was returned to me with very little oil.”

“Driving from Whistler BC to Salt Lake City and the truck alternator decided to go 20 miles outside of Yakima. I was lucky to make it to town and find Valley Automative in the morning where they took great care of me. With their busy schedule they still took me on as a priority and got me back on the road within 2 hours to continue the drive. Can’t thank this family owned business enough! Highly recommend!”

“My experience with Harvest Honda on 09/18/25 in Yakima, Washington was absolutely terrific. We pulled into the Honda garage and as soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by Shadow who works behind the counter in the service garage. We got all the paperwork done for the oil change and we waited in their waiting room. Roughly 20 minutes went by when Shadow came and got us. He explained everything that was done with the oil change and what items that need to be done. All in all this was a very positive experience and kudos to Shadow.”

“I just picked up my Toyota Avalon and she looks great! This is the second time I’ve brought my car in for body work. The first time was when someone rear ended me in a parking lot. After they repaired it, my trunk looks brand new. Then, I was down at Union Gap Sinclairs going to fill up with gas and it was really windy. When I opened my door the wind yanked it out of my hands and slammed it against a cement post!! I brought it to Caliber because I trusted them so much from first repair. They charged me a very reasonable price and took the crease out as if it was never there. I highly recommend this shop for their good workmanship and easy to work with.”

“I recently took my 2012 Honda Civic to Autocraft to be repaired after a hit and run. Not only was I kept up to date on the stages of repair, I picked it up days earlier than initially estimated with a complimentary wash and vacuum. My car looks great thanks to the entire team. Specifically, I want to shout out Isabel in the office! With any question I had, she eased any stress about the process I was feeling. She went above and beyond to thoroughly communicate with my insurance, with the shop, and with me every step of the way. Thank you again, Autocraft.”

“I had an emergency when a part of my car started dragging on the ground while on the freeway and didn’t have any tools or a jack to try and fix it. I called the shop and not only did they open up early for me, they wouldn’t even let me pay for the repair because of the situation. On top of that, when Jeff gave the keys back he also mentioned he fixed a door check I didn’t know was an issue! Great people and would recommend anybody to this shop!”

“I purchased my lovely Honda CR-V from Harvest a few years ago & recently got in to a minor accident that looked major due to deep dents, my side mirror was hanging off! My car insurance suggested Harvest collision for repairs and it was a no brainer to go with them although still a little hesitant as I didn't know what to expect....... When I picked her up she looked like she first did when I bought her!!!! I saved so much money it allowed me to purchase brand new tires that Honda service installed for me. Thank you all very much!!!!!”
