“My daughter is transitioning from "kid" clothes to more teenage/nice clothes for middle school, but has been hesitant due to being unsure what she'd like for outfits. On a whim I took her into AE to see if there's anything she'd like. Being a 41 year old guy, yeah, I was lost, so I asked for help. In stepped Brooke. She didn't treat my daughter awkwardly but totally dived into a shopping experience with my daughter, asking her questions about herself and her likes, to ensure what they found actually worked for my daughter. I was thoroughly impressed not just with the customer service from Brooke, but the ability to recognize a shy, young girl being unsure of herself, then helping that girl feel real confidence in herself. I help run a company that works with people daily and I would hire Brooke in a heartbeat. Brooke, if you read this, thank you for being amazing and for making my daughter feel confidence in her appearance.”

“Always love goin here! All the merchandise is discounted from original prices, which to be fair who doesn't love a deal. Especially when saving a lil bit of $$$ and you never know what random stuff you can find. It's like a surprise mystery shopping that has always left me excited with a smile or a sense of fulfillment knowing I found that one random thing I've been needing to buy lol.
And this particular trip I was goin for a single pair of shoes and Instead I left with two pairs of shoes, some new socks, a paint marker, some E6000 adhesive, a 10 pack of blank canvases, a new dog bed for my dog.... And I knew at that moment I needed to go pay and leave if not I would have kept just wanting and buying more lmfao..... But hey at least I know when to stop and not go broke lol and I have to show off one of the pairs of shoes idk but for some reason I've been drawn towards the color purple to be exact Royal purple one of my favorite colors but they had these and even tho they're not Royal purple they work and they don't lack in comfort that's for sure I love em”

That being said, it's one of the nicest stores of this classification I've ever been to. The selection was great, the prices made me regret ever taking my kids to the mall; I should have gone to Burlington first!”
