“I went to Skechers today with an online return. Nate was up front and took my return politely and let me go get something else. When I found something but not in the right size I went over to a sales associate on a ladder and she didn’t offer to help me. Told me that Nate would and hollered for him. He came over and got me the size I needed then he rang me up. He’s a one man show and did awesome. Always polite and accommodating. Thank you!”
