They've done an awesome job the last two times, but unfortunately the 3rd time I brought in a 2018 Western star 5700 for no AC working...trucks been in the shop for going on 3 weeks and counting. Last 3 times I've called they've changed their story of who has been working on this truck, and that they are waiting on CSC.....the Daimler engineers. Service writers (Cody) seemed hesitant to pass me to the service manager??? Which normally i dont really need to speak to them but since this truck is going into 3 weeks down, I figure its a reasonable request....they had me on hold for about 20 min in order to speak to the service manager. Hopefully they can figure it out.

Warranty fraud. Check with Cummins yourself before giving them *any* money. Had my freightliner motorcoach towed here as it was the only option within 3 hours. Spent a week or two going back and forth getting various reasons as to why my warranty coverage was denied by Cummins. Eventually they sent an email with a work estimate for over $60K to do a full engine replacement out of pocket. It even had convenient instructions on how to make a 25% down payment to get the engine ordered from Cummins ASAP.
Unfortunately for them, they were unaware that I was on the back end with Cummins the entire time, fully aware that the claim was not denied throughout the entire process. Cummins was awesome. They advised me early on that things felt off and to not send a dime without their word. They escalated the case internally on their end, and helped me though a ridiculously shady experience.
tl:dr - If this shop tells you your warranty is denied - do your own due diligence. They're either double dipping or grossly incompetent at best. Len -I'm talking to you, homie!

I just wanted to give a thumbs up for Debz the van driver that picked us up and took us to the hotel when our truck was in the shop. She is Godly, genuine, down to earth and kind person. My husband and I are really glad we met her. Thanks Ms. Debz!👍🏾

Excellent customer service and looking out for details in service. One of the manager there (Gordon) I had dealt with is very nice persin and open to help and very reasonable in understanding the trucking aspect and drivers. I went in there for part failure replacement and their team took care of everything very professionally under warranties and fixed what needed to be without giving me any hassle. Also Alaura and Cody along with the techs who worked on my truck were very professional and carry the knowledge under their belt which is fading away in most places. I would definitely recommend this place if you need your truck worked on. They still operate on good and honest old fashioned business model where people are taken care off when needed. Thank you Gordon and your team once again for all your guys help.

This place is just like any other place. It has issues & all. Yes, I work for the company. Being around this company & the people is often an adventure for me daily. The good, bad & ugly comes with it. Yes you're gonna hear gossip, cursing & all, but that's life to the majority. I focus on why I am here daily. This company may not be the best or have had the best of times & moments for some or others, but that's okay too. Working for freightliner has allowed me to be open to new & different personalities (attitudes) daily, learning something new & different with truck parts & especially (my fave part) is learning the route (shortcuts). But that has a story of its own. Again, freightliner may not be for ALL but that's okay. I love what I do & I thank God daily for my time & my job.

Hey yo reply to the 1 stars and apologize I've had my truck in for 3 days and they still haven't looked at it ever 5 star review has a comment from the "owner" I'm still waiting for them to even look at my truck if you can take your truck somewhere else the 5 star reviews must be rare or employees this shop is a 1 star trash and if something breaks I'm driving to my company shop and having my company fix it cause I'm not waiting 4 days again for them just to look at the truck when I know what's wrong and told them what needs to be fixed oh almost forgot the people at the counter are nice but don't call I made that mistake and they sounded like I was the worst bother they have ever experienced when I ask for an update on my truck then told me the ETA hadn't changes
