“I went in to get a new phone and to create my own line. While in, I was helped by Jeff Ruiz. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. As this was my first time doing this on my own, I was nervous and didn't know what I was doing. Jeff helped me figure out what plan was going to be best for and what phone was likely going to the most helpful. I was impressed with how nice he was during our interaction which was over a span of 2 hours. I truly appreciate the patience he displayed throughout it all. Thank you Jeff.”
“I just showed up on a Saturday around 3ish. I didn't have an online appointment so I walked in checked in on the kiosk and waited. Probably like 10 to 15 in i was next and klayme, I hope i spelled it right, was super helpful and made everything super smooth. Never have I been into a spectrum store, but if ever I go back again I will go back here. The other associates looked super friendly and helpful as well.”
