“One of my IT staff members had referred me to mobicell. I traveled from Goldendale so i Called asked if they had my screen available at the store and they did. Made the trip and they were able to replace my broke screen within a half hour. The two staff working in the store were friendly and helpful but also not pushing to buy bunch of extras. The person that fixed my screen was very polite and included a screen protector as he knew we had traveled to get there. Price was great you can buy replacement screens on amazon that don't always work but trusted parts sites and what it cost me for my repair it just made sense to have someone that knew how to complete the repair. Highly recommend hopefully not having to use them in the immediate future but i will certainly if i have phone issues again. Thank you”

“I am so frustrated with this service. After having it for 6 years and always being on the family plan they chose to change the service and they separated all of our lines off of the plan. And 2 of my family members went without service for 5 days because of it. Mad and beyond dissatisfied with the customer service . I have a logged time of 7 hours total combined hours spent on hold and trying to talk with a service agent getting absolutely nowhere.”

Fixed my back camera and replaced a part due to water damage, very low prices, didnt charge to much and didnt try to sell me anything unnecessary. Very quick repair only took him 30 minutes, I would definitely recommend this shop.”
