“Tina helped us tremendously. My husband sometimes hits the wrong buttons and gets his phone "Scrambled". She not only fixed it, she also showed him how to fix it himself so that we would not have to drive into town every time he does this. She also took the time to have him go thru the steps to make sure he understood how to fix the problem. THANK YOU!! She then let us know that I could get a new tablet and lower our monthly bill. “My mother in-law had Verizon. She needed a new phone and after waiting for over 40 minutes we were greeted by the sales associate that basically rolled his eyes at us after we told him we needed a very simple phone, was so rude! I immediately walked next to AT&T and ask if we could add her to my plan and was greeted by 2 sales associate’s upon walking in. Alex assisted us and was so helpful in saving us money and providing the best options for a new phone. I have been with AT&T for over 20 years and will remain due to the helpful sales associate’s!!”

“i'm an ex employee, i was homeless for some time and i was dealing with my health and my partners health (we both have chronic illness) in the mix of all of that and being in and out of the hospital and urgent care 2 days at least a week. i communicated that to to them and their culture specifically is all about equality for all workers and their customers regardless of race, religion, DISABILITY, identity and political views and i was all for that as someone who is queer and disabled. i gave them all of mine and my partners doctors notes and constantly updated the ETL in my department about everything and they seemed very understanding. well they let me go for missing work and i asked them again if they were aware of my homelessness at the beginning of my employment there and me and my partner being in and out of the doctors and ER and they said yes. so much for company values. so if you're disabled and get sick a lot like me and are in and out of the doctors and hospital just know that Yakima Targets Upper Management does not care about it even though it's in their core values and culture. I'd like to give some shout outs thought to the team leads who were amazing and made working there so much better and those people are Wesley, Jen and Michelle and my friends in made there who i will not name. the 5 stars are for those people. if it wasn't for them i'd leave 0 if i could.”

“Noah assisted me when I lost my phone and was frantic. He explained to me the security features on my lost Android device, stalked me through how to lock the phone down from T-Mobiles side of things - to include leaving a text message that would display on the lost phone for the finder to call a phone number so I could retrieve my phone. Noah took care of my security issues first, then was kind enough to help me pick out a new phone for the uses / features I utilize and explained how my Contacts and Photos would have to migrate over to the new unit. He was SO helpful - I attempted to leave him a tip but he said they are not allowed to accept them....but his manager treats them to cookies on occasion. I hope you treat Noah and his associates with LOTS of WARM cookies for the excellent service they provided me.”

Michael in the Mobile Center went above and beyond to help me get the exact camera I was looking for and even price matched it for me to get me the best deal. I typically only order online, but after this experience I highly recommend and will be back to the mobile center at this location for future tech needs.”

“I am so frustrated with this service. After having it for 6 years and always being on the family plan they chose to change the service and they separated all of our lines off of the plan. And 2 of my family members went without service for 5 days because of it. Mad and beyond dissatisfied with the customer service . I have a logged time of 7 hours total combined hours spent on hold and trying to talk with a service agent getting absolutely nowhere.”
