“In August of 2023 we were traveling through with our truck and 27' boat. My husband hit a curb and flattened the tire. Being 70, and with Parkinson's, we couldn't change it ourselves. After multiple calls to tire shops and AAA roadside service we reached Aaron who worked in the Costco tire shop. He went above and beyond to try to find us help. It impressed us so much that I am taking time to write about it even after all these months. A great employee and credit to Costco! He represented them well!”

“I know I don't have to tell any of you this, but Costco is Amazing !!!! I was exhausted after work, but needed a few things from Costco, I grabbed what I needed and a bunch of stuff I didn't I couldn't seem to find my pretzels with peanut butter in the middle , after finally giving up I went to check out. Of course they asked me if I found everything I needed at the cash register, so I asked them about my pretzels. I kid you not, this young man ran through the store to find my pretzels, he even tried once, came back and when another amazing Costco employee told him they where way in the back by the chips he ran to get them for me. The whole time I felt bad for holding up the line and not once did they give up until they found what I needed. Like where do they find these people ?? I absolutely Love them almost as much as I love my Pretzels with peanut butter in the middle I believe his name was Ezekiel”
