My son and nephew have been doing speed and agility and strength training sessions and it definitely shows in their performance on the field. Shon has been great to work with, very professional- sessions start and end on time with reminder texts the day before ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best training hands down! Revolushon fitness employees are knowledgeable and assure that you're using your body mechanics properly for the best results. Shon gave my son's and I results in a short period of time but you have to listen to his suggestions and come ready to sweat! Thank you for helping my boys and I reach and maintain our goals. I’m having the time of my life working out at Revolushon with Shon as my trainer. I’m pretty much new to the area and have always preferred to work out in a smaller, more personal setting and this gym offers that and more. The ambiance is pretty chill but the work gets done because Shon ensures that; he’s definitely gonna get you to meet your goals while offering support & help when needed. Even though I’m quite picky, I’m very satisfied with my choice; looking forward to continued personal training here and great results.

This was the perfect place to get/stay fit while we visited Washington this summer. It's fully equipped with platforms for lifting. It's meticulously clean. Professional and helpful staff/trainers. 10/10 I highly recommend!!

I just started two weeks ago training with Shon, and I can already see a difference in my muscle tone and body size reduction! This is the best gym EVER, and Shon is an incredibly talented trainer! I am so glad I signed up for training and as a gym member.

I’ve been working out here for two years through a serious illness as well as the pandemic. I love the welcoming, inclusive, fun, and safe environment. I see athletes at every level of fitness and mobility with different trainers and the community feels consistently supportive and successful under Shon’s leadership.

I have always been wanting an experience where I feel pushed while I work out, someone to give me that extra motivation in pursuing my goal. Shon as a personal trainer did this for me as he gave me a list of what and what not to eat, and introduced different workouts each day I went which really helped me out. I always looked forward to doing the workouts Shon gave me.

I recently started with Shon and I love it! I recommended a coworker to start working out as well bc I felt comfortable and safe working out at this gym and having Shon as my trainer! He doesn’t intimidate people and is straight forward, encouraging and such a great person! Anytime I felt like giving up he always encouraged me to keep pushing forward and each workout session always had me using a different muscle - which is great! I’ve heard great things about his boot camp classes which I hope to try next week! I felt like Shon has created such a great community and he has such great long time clients that I’m so happy I decided to take a hold of my health and have Shon as my trainer!

The owner was serious and ready to get down to business. No BS. Everyone pushes you to your limit while still keeping in mind your physical limitations. Our assigned trainer was kind, helpful, and motivational. As he always liked to say “cuss me out, hate me, or vomit outside if you have to. either way your getting back in here and finishing the workout and your gonna finish strong” ??? !! 10/10 recommend. Will miss this gym as we moved far away.

I am a 57 year-old paraplegic who has rarely lifted weights. I had read reviews about how good Shon was, but I was a bit skeptical. I didn’t think he would know how to deal with me. I was wrong! He took on my challenge and has me working out hard! I’m in much better shape and feel much better too! He is constantly challenging me. After a 30 minute workout I can barely get myself back into my car because I’m so worn out. I highly recommend Shon!

Through a sedentary job, grief from death, Covid, coupled with my chosen coping method...comfort foods, I gained 50lbs in 3 short years. I failed with Peloton, willpower, a ladies only gym and felt defeated and depressed. So very thankful I found Revolushon Fitness in UP. Shon is amazing. I am seeing results both physically and in mood. His expertise is valuable. I'm confident that I will reach my goals at this gym with his support. He's a gentle bulldozer; kind and driven. Exactly what I needed.

ROB (The Bat) ELLINGTON AND SHON PETERSON - Best trainers!!Prior to Revolushon and the pandemic, there was only one gym where I felt a sense of belonging. Once the pandemic hit and the shutdown happened I lost that connection. And I ultimately put my fitness on hold.Other places I’ve attended intimated me, were too expensive, and didn’t keep me engaged.A friend of mine recommended Revolushon for my kids fitness and mental health, which lead me to restart my fitness journey as well. Rob and Shon are great, they care about their clients, their clients journey, and push me to be your best. They see my potential. The boot camp classes challenge me, as well as the one to one sessions with Rob, and I’ve seen a difference in my physique that makes me proud of what they’ve helped me to accomplish over the last year. I’ve also met a great group of individuals who make working out fun.I can’t recommend Revolushon enough!!

Great instructor. Manageable workouts tailored to my level and desire physique. They teach me the right techniques so that I won’t hurt myself. They listen to me what I need and don’t judge me when I am unable to finish the workout. The team are very supportive and encouraging. I recommend it.

Shon will develop a plan individualized to you and your needs. I appreciate his thoroughness during our sessions and the organization of his business. He also puts up with my constant complaining during workouts with a smile and a laugh which helps make it just a little more bearable.
