I don’t recommend this store with their hidden fees and unfair practices, price gouging customers! Macys offers free shipping to UPS & Walgreens locations close to you. Upon pick up UPS store in university place, WA charged me $10 to obtain my order or threaten they could send back to shipper, stating it’s a hold fee since I do not have an expensive mailbox at their store! There is no disclosure on their door about this nonsense or on Macys website. UPS has a contractual agreement with Macys that this location doesn’t want to abide by. Store employee is rude and offers no solutions. Reporting to BBB, UPS franchise division and attorney general office.

We receive deliveries from Quinessa Muhammad who is absolutely amazing. She is the best UPS delivery driver we have ever had 10 stars

I don't normally leave reviews but figured I'd also chime in since my experience was terrible .. not one, but twice. Same young lady. The lady talked to me like I was dumb and was not helpful at all. Some people are not meant to be in customer service .. I will be taking my packages to a different location going forward.

Do not use this place to drop off any packages for the USPS they take them and don’t scan, like other UPS in the area do for USPS packages. They don’t even care if they lose your package and try to blame it on the USPS that picks up. Now have a lost package

If I could give zero stars I would!
PSA! if you ever need to send important documents/packages via UPS just don't do it! Use a different postal service preferably USPS.
UPS is a company that has thieves working within their company!
Opened up my mail that I asked to be returned to me because I needed to add some important information to and upon receiving my package back someone within the company slashed it open and taped over it stealing a money order that was filled out for some documents to be translated in California. No one knows what happened and there should have been no reason they opened my package and they refused to get my money back to me. Absolutely disgusting and poor business practices. I just pray that who ever stole that money order needed it bad to feed their family.

Went today to return something to Amazon. Amazon stated no package required. This person was rude and argumentative. They lost my business and definitely will let all my friends and family never to go there

Went into the store yesterday to return a phone. I had to call
an employee to come out from the back because no one was out there. This person was rude and uncommunicative. I asked her a question and got no answer. She shoved a receipt towards me, then went into the back room again. Very poor customer service.
