The UPS Store #2149 in University Place is a locally owned and operated business offering a wide range of services including packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, mailbox rentals, notary, shredding, and faxing. Located in Green Firs Shopping Center next to Trader Joe's and Home Goods, the store provides convenient access for customers. The staff members are generally friendly, efficient, and experienced, making the process smooth and enjoyable for customers. Many reviews highlight the excellent service and helpful attitude of the employees, with particular praise for the young Asian gentleman who is consistently kind and professional. Customers appreciate the great prices and the availability of all necessary shipping supplies, with some mentioning they have been using this location for over ten years with positive experiences each time. However, there are concerns about the behavior of the manager, an older Asian woman, who is often rude, yells at staff and customers, and appears unhappy. This negative behavior has been noted by multiple customers, leading to feelings of sympathy for the staff and disappointment in her conduct. Despite occasional busy and chaotic moments, the overall reputation of the store is positive, especially for reliable service, helpful staff, and a convenient location.
The people here are kind but they don’t actually open at 8:30 am, there have been numerous occasions where I’ve come 10 minutes after opening and everything is still locked up.

I’ve been there a few times recently and every time the younger gentleman has been working the front desk. He has been so helpful and even saved me a few dollars with an alternative shipping suggestion today. I’m thankful and really appreciate the customer service!
