Terrible experience they kept a patient waiting for more than a hour despite of calling 30mins before the pick-up.

I just saw a gentleman pick up a kidney passenger from south hill puyallup..this man had to be the most kind and caring person I have ever seen..he has the biggest heart I ever was proud to be witness to.my hats of to you and a big hug.

The driver of van #15 recklessly cut me off in traffic without using their turn signal. Not sure that I would trust them to drive me around if I needed it.
