Everyone is extremely nice both times I went and my 4lb service dog was welcomed no problem. Both keys I purchased were perfect. I guess the people complaining are having priviledge and entitled problems because everyone here has been excellent to me but I'm rather chill and patient and kind.

I'm amazed at what's in this little store went to home Depot to get certain type of screws but no luck, but found what I was looking for at ace and this wasn't the first time awesome people great service thank you
