“Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner was amazing. He's willing to deliver for my dad, which is very helpful. My dad is 88, and so if he needs anything, he can order online and they'll deliver it for him. Such an amazing place. I would recommend anybody go in there and shop. You won't be disappointed.”
“I love Orchard’s feed! It’s a really fun store to just meander around and great if you have something specific in mind, they are always stocked. My only complaint is they have very few shopping carts and when I have to go get a lot of dog food, nobody offers to help carry my food out to the car or bring around back so I can drive in and pick it up. I literally spent thousands of dollars on dog food at the store. Customer service is adequate, but the employees probably can’t carry a bag of dog food.”

“EGo mower repair. Was surprised when my EGo mower died! Called NW Industrial Tool and ran into a nice, friendly voice, who was more than happy to help. Dropped the mower off and they fixed it pronto. Nice staff, quick service.”

“Purchased an upgraded replacement pump for my pressure washer and when the pump arrived it appeared that the oil had leaked out in the box. Leak point has yet to be determined. I contacted APW to address this issue as well as to see if there was a manual for the pump as I had other questions as well.
Although there was no manual available, Rachel at APW was able to readily answer all of my questions concerning the pump as well as ship me out another bottle of oil for the pump. Although pump has not been installed yet customer service so far has been great and the price of the pump was reasonable. Speaking with Rachel was even better than having a manual, no guessing on what a manual was trying to convey. A+ for customer service!”
“Ignasio was very knowledgeable and even helped find the part I needed. He demonstrated how I would need to adjust it once I got back home and installed it. They have many of the parts that the contractors used to build our house and this brand of part was not available elsewhere. They charged me exactly what I could get the part for on line. I was able to make sure with Ignacio’s help that it was the correct part I needed. I recommend SiteOne Landscape Supply without reservation.”

“Didn't return my call for window replacement so I personally went in. Had note on desk to call me and said he was busy. I got a referral for a window guy to come out. Now been measured, hopefully it will get replaced. Told it will take two weeks. We shall see.”
“I’ve been working with Mighty Pacific for the past 7 years now. They were my 3 shops secondary vendor. They mainly supplied us with batteries. After trying 2 other vendor’s that were out of state as my primary vendor I decided to switch it over to Mighty. The out of state vendors always had shipping issues, or excuses on why parts wouldn’t show in a timely fashion. No market presence. I manage 5 quick lubes (now) and having the right oil filters in stock is critical to our success. Once Dave came on board with Mighty there was a huge increase in customer service and boots on the ground. I met with Dave and few times and he was able to give me a price point that would work for my 3 quick lubes (We opened up 2 since the meetings). I tested Mighty oil filters at the new shop we opened in 2018. Dave setup the whole inventory for us. Racks, shelves, tools and chemicals. Stocked it and everything. The Mighty filters are high quality and so is the local service. Dave, Corey and Shawn earned the 3 others stores business. Dave helped us convert our old part numbers and then helped us reduce our inventory levels. Mighty carry’s the right tool, brake parts, quick lube items and tire supplies. Shawn special ordered the window stickers we carry so we can order them directly from Mighty. I really appreciate the local boots on the ground and the high level of customer service. You call one of the 3 guy’s I mentioned above, and they will answer the call and get it done right the first time. Keep it up Dave, Corey, Shawn and the entire Mighty Pacific team. When we opened up the 5th store Dave was back at it again. Helping us build it from the ground up. A great partner indeed.”

“The staff was incredibly helpful and patient! We are so frazzled and stressed out due to moving, and they seemed to really take that into account when helping us. The employees are informative and compassionate, which is more than I expected and all I could've hoped for. Everyone who helped us was wonderful, but Bryan especially was helpful to us multiple days in a row, going as far as to give us directions for equipment we were looking for that the store didn't carry at the moment -- even when he was visibly busy. I have no clue about other home depots, but this one, especially this staff, is reliable and trustworthy. If I needed similar services, this would be the first place I went to, even if it was a little out of the way.”

The person helping me said that you can plant and they will come back next year.. depending on the temperature. She covered them . “I went in looking for rope for a project I was working on. I had to worry about getting it before 8am. Home Depot was open at 6am and was happy to find out that even the employees are on top of everything. I was asked if I needed help finding anything and after 10 minutes of searching for myself I was able to find the section with some help of the employees. I have really been into Home Depot cause I don't work in any line of work that involves them but when I needed to find supplies for my project Home Depot always comes in clutch.”
“Park Rose Hardware has become one of my favorite neighborhood businesses. As a salon owner, I’m constantly running over for random supplies and little emergencies, and they’re always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
Darren consistently goes above and beyond to help me figure things out, and the whole team makes you feel like a valued customer every time you walk through the door. It’s so refreshing to shop somewhere that still believes in great customer service.
I also loved seeing the sign on the door reminding people not to leave their dogs in hot cars, complete with the temperatures vehicles can reach in the summer. It says so much about the kind of people they are! they care about their community, including our four-legged family members.

“Attention Pro parkers at this Home Depot. To park like a pro, keep the ass of your vehicle outward so you can load it like a pro. Tip #1. Stop backing in. Tip #2. Stop pulling in and roll into the parking spot ahead. Pros are allowed to use the parking space behind you, that they can park the ass of their vehicle where it belongs and load like a Pro. I hope this Pro advice further helps you tap into your intellectual side and suit your needs to Park & Load like the Pros and not be a jerk and blame others for your nonsense. “Wow! We are renovating a home and need quite a few things including cabinets. The cabinet department has the most patient, dedicated and smart designer, Mia. I can’t say enough about how much work she did to support us on our dream kitchen. She was incredibly patient with the level of detail my husband wanted (and even I was not as patient). She came on her day off to help us finish it before the sale ended and had already put in like 10 hrs on it. The department lead for cabinets was so helpful to get us what we needed too.
I would also like to add that every department has staff that really know their stuff from appliances, to millwork, to paint, we have met them all!
My interaction with Kate in the paint department. impressed me. She not only knows basically all products they carry, but she also has made sample demos to show first hand what they look like. Frog tape vs Blue tape was my favorite.
The staff is so nice and they even know us by name (that’s how often we are in there). The store has been unlike any other Lowes we have been to and certainly better than the competitor across the street.”
