“Man, I ordered some replacement valves for my pump on like a Friday afternoon, checked my tracking info Tuesday (today) and it’s showing in transit to be delivered today. I only chose the free or standard shipping but somehow it shipped and delivered in 2 days ???♂️. I’m very pleased because I anticipated putting jobs back a week because I thought it would take the usual 3-5 business days so definitely great on their shipping time. Definitely have this site bookmarked for future parts.”

“I had scheduled a cleaning of my heat pump. When the young men arrived they found lots of rust. A repairman was called and arrived at my home 2 hours later. The heating unit needed replaced. I was shown 3 units in different prices ranges. Picked the one I preferred. The next morning a crew showed up bright and early. My old unit was removed and a new one was installed. I was given a 90 days same as cash deal. Everyone involved was kind, respectful and knowledgeable.
I couldn't be happier with the product or the service.

“Holy smokes, the front counter guys working Friday the 17th (5/17/24) absolutely killed it. Needed obscure hardware in length, thread, head size, structural grade, etc for a track-car related to seatbelt/harness compliance. And they not only had it, but educated me on all the differences between options and after everything was done it was less than $6. Insanely high customer service, support, and inventory for the cost! Definitely will be back for my needs for my cars, thanks team!”

“I had a great interaction with the gentleman in the door section. I was on a search and inquire mission about purchasing and hanging a barn door for a laundry room. The older gentleman had some mobility issues and used a cane for walking. He was very informative, took his time explaining the application, and wanted me to have all the facts in my evaluation. He also referred me to HD website for further choices. All I can say is, if you want to improve customer service hire a retiree. They dont have attitude, dont need to discuss their buddies weekends, and they will be responsive to customer questions. If this is? store has lost focus, remember, it starts at the top.

“Great to see Home Depot accepting Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFLs) and rechargeable batteries for recycling. These both contain toxic chemicals and should not go in your trash or your regular recycling. Home Depot makes this important recycling easy by providing individual bins just inside the entrance. Good work, Depot! I appreciate this service to the community.”

“Hi last night I went into Lowe's to buy a bathtub wall combo for my remodel well I've been torn and kinda stressed about the whole thing. When I was getting help from a team member at lowes (Kyle) he asked me a lot of questions and I him but what struck me about this that he really took a lot of time with me and I know I can be annoying but he stuck it out I'm talking a good few hours he went over everything in detail on a few different options that would be possible for me to get the job done without any hangups. You have no idea how much I appreciate this man. I had no ideal what I was getting myself into. Kyle could hear my plead for help and help and knowledge is what he gave me I am so glad that he was the one who came to plumbing to help me out with all my questions and concerns.thank you so much you for taking time out to help.”

When I went in and asked them to replace an grill light that had went out, (not their product) they wasted no time at all and sent me on my way saying you were under warranty.Highly recommend and I will be back.”
