“Great to see Home Depot accepting Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFLs) and rechargeable batteries for recycling. These both contain toxic chemicals and should not go in your trash or your regular recycling. Home Depot makes this important recycling easy by providing individual bins just inside the entrance. Good work, Depot! I appreciate this service to the community.”
“I called this company because it is the best in Clark County and Kyle came out yesterday to diagnose my oven and repaired it the day before Thanksgiving. I am living in a new apartment and had reported the stove issues to the property management. The maintenance man said there wasn't anything wrong with the burners. Two burners never got hot. I called Appliance Clinic risking having to pay out of pocket and Kyle was able to show the property management that there was a new part required. Because of him, I did not have to pay for the service. All day I was thanking the Universe for this wonderful man and gift. Well, wonderful company in general as Jess was great on the phone when I called. Although I believe there are good companies and people out there, it was my pleasure to be validated. I was able to make a five course meal for my family on the new and improved stove. What a relief and special couple of days.”

“Hi last night I went into Lowe's to buy a bathtub wall combo for my remodel well I've been torn and kinda stressed about the whole thing. When I was getting help from a team member at lowes (Kyle) he asked me a lot of questions and I him but what struck me about this that he really took a lot of time with me and I know I can be annoying but he stuck it out I'm talking a good few hours he went over everything in detail on a few different options that would be possible for me to get the job done without any hangups. You have no idea how much I appreciate this man. I had no ideal what I was getting myself into. Kyle could hear my plead for help and help and knowledge is what he gave me I am so glad that he was the one who came to plumbing to help me out with all my questions and concerns.thank you so much you for taking time out to help.”

“Big box store that is not perfect but is the best choice. Always someone there to willingly and immediately help. Plenty of staff. Never been disappointed with staff. Prices may be a little high, many imports from China but overall best DIY center! Unlike lowes with the worst customer service. I wanted a tool that was locked up and was told to come back in 40 minutes after the person who works the tool department returns from lunch! This would never happen at HD.”
