About The Foundation Family Resource Center
Bridgeview Resource Center is a community-focused building that serves as a helpful resource hub for employment activities and local assistance programs. It offers rented rooms with media for presentations and has a computer lab available during business hours, which is especially useful for those without computers. The center partners with various local agencies, such as the Council for the Homeless and Vancouver Housing Authority, to provide services like rental assistance and self-sufficiency programs for HUD tenants, but referrals are usually required to access these services. Once involved in their programs, participants receive regular mailings of information about different resources, which many find very helpful. The center also hosts a financial repair agency that helps individuals improve their credit and financial health. The facility is newer, clean, and welcoming, with friendly staff at the reception. Overall, Bridgeview Resource Center is a valuable place for accessing a wide range of resources and support services.
