    Customer service is good. Staff are friendly. Unfortunately I'm only rating 2 stars because I was given a truck with absolutely no ramp available which made our move much more difficult. Not to mention we had to spend the better part of our move killing black widow spiders inside the truck. U-haul is cheaper.
