“Fabulous experience... as usual. The two gentlemen I see in there each time I rent, are consistent, considerate, and absolutely wonderful to work with. I rent regularly and if I can avoid ever going elsewhere, I plan to. Thank-you AVIS/Budget Rental!”
“I have purchased four vehicles from McCord's since 2010. I always feel I am treated with courtesy and respect. Earlier this year I was shopping for a BZ4X. Other Toyota dealerships in the Portland area had the car I wanted in stock. I waited until McCord's had one so I could buy it from Brian Ramsdell. Last week I visited the service center. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my needs were fulfilled.”
“I’ve rented from this Enterprise location in Vancouver, Washington twice now, and both times “Cat” made the experience incredibly easy. She was able to help me find a car quickly when I needed one, and her customer service was excellent from start to finish.
What really stood out was how friendly, helpful, and responsive she was. She took the time to make sure everything was handled promptly and made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless.
It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Cat definitely does. I really appreciate everything she did for me on both occasions and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this location again because of her. Thanks again, Cat!”
“Two really great guys at this location. Very genuinely nice very knowledgeable very helpful. They helped this incredibly rude woman get what she wanted which I wouldn’t have.”
“Always on time. Drivers are courteous and polite. They make sure your schedule is correct and Know that community in motion gets stuff wrong and will help you correct it instead of leaving you stranded like some of the other trans companies. Mario and his crew are amazing!!!”
“Bryan and Olivia from the Vancouver Orchards location were great to work with! They were very helpful and accommodating to our need for an electric vehicle since our Tesla Model Y was totaled. We ended up loving our rental vehicle (2024 Chevy Silverado EV) and are now considering purchasing one just like in the future.”

“Enterprise was great. They were very patient with us getting the van back to them as our van was in the shop for 4 weeks. Super appreciate it and highly recommend. Customer service was great as well”
“Danielle was great. Rented a one way truck to LA to move son. First truck had a/c and heat not working. Not a problem switched it out right away. Great service! Started a tough move off right with smiles and compassion. Rare in that industry.”
“These guys are awesome, we were in a pinch with our rental truck. They moved some things around and got us a bigger truck in short notice. Would not have had a successful move without them”

“Got the full service interior detail on my 2019 Mercedes S class. It wasn’t in terrible shape but had a decent amount of grime in the crevices and some spots here and there on the carpets and upholstery, probably hasn’t been detailed since new. They didn’t miss a single spot and made the leather look like new. My husband also previously used them for a major correction and ceramic coating job and they did a phenomenal job then too, which is why we are repeat customers. These folks are the best of the best, you won’t be disappointed”
