Maintenance is responsive, quickly addressing issues like electrical outlets and washer repairs. The community is known for its welcoming atmosphere, with neighbors often chatting and interacting. Pets are welcome, and many residents enjoy the presence of animals. While there have been minor issues, the management team works to make up for them, creating a positive living environment. Overall, Carriage Park Apartments provides a comfortable, affordable place to call home in a great neighborhood.

This is the second time the electrical outlets stopped working. The first time it took them a very long time to get an electrician out butthis time they fixed the outlets the same day I called!! Thank you very much.
