“At previous apartment complexes I’ve lived at, it was rare to be able to speak to an actual office employee or maintenance person. This is the first place I’ve lived where work orders actually get done within 48 hours and where the office staff are very reachable and respond to emails same day. I remember having to email my previous leasing office almost five times over two weeks before I even got a response. My bf’s previous apartment before moving here didn’t even have a leasing office on-site, it was all through online communication and they would respond after three to five days.
I also can’t believe the square footage of the apartments for the price, there is nothing comparable in the area. Two bedrooms have SO much storage, we can’t even fill all of the closets.
So much parking too, we used to live downtown before and parking was a nightmare. Now we have a carport and a spot and so much parking when our friends and family come over.
Seriously great place to live, I don’t think I can live in a high-rise building and in a downtown area again. So much calmer, safer, and easier to live in a garden-style, suburban community like this.”
“I did a tour with Kaspian today and she was friendly, knowledgeable and very kind and there was a blind guy walking when we walked by, he tripped and she ran to help him and make sure he was okay. Kaspian was even picking up trash on the way to the apartment, I have never seen a manager do this! Kaspian seemed to know every person by name who greeted her, she even gave me a snack when my service dog alerted to my drop in blood sugar. I cannot wait to apply and live here!”
“We love living here. The units are cute and I love the high ceilings! It’s so nice to have such good insulation. After almost a year I’ve never heard one of my neighbors on either sides of me. We have even tested if you could hear through the walls to ensure we wouldn’t be loud for our other neighbors and not a peep! And we TESTED lol the only thing you could hear is an occasional cupboard close. Maintenance always handles any request nearly immediately. Kim, our Property Manager is so kind, communicative, and cares for the property. I work in Property Management and I am impressed and thankful of the staff and their care. You always see our Maintenance, Eugene, working hard and taking care of the tenants and buildings. It’s a quiet community and that’s appreciated. Parking is a pain but that’s typical of living in apartments. In general other tenants are still respectful of parking issues though. Very happy to be here!”

“Silver oak NE 54TH ST Vancouver wa is very nice, quiet peaceful apartment and most amazing things about silver oak is just opposite Vancouver mall one minutes work down to the mall and hard working friendly staffs ,the environment is always clean ?.”

“Have a car parked in my space #36 have called signal 3 times they are supposed to at least sticker the car called at about 10:30PM, on 02/20/2024 and 07:30 AM and 01:00 pm on 01/22/2024 and have received no response....this is ridiculous especially since the handicapped spaces are occupied and getting around with a walker is still difficult for Becky”

“This place has been amazing. Amanda and the whole staff are incredible, completely lovely and kind. The homes are great, the place is quiet, plenty of parking, and beautiful landscaping. The amenities are fantastic- It doesn’t feel like apartment living, more like a resort. Such a lovely place to call home. My kids love it. We’ve been very happy here!”
