“Feels like home already! We are a family of three moving from California into Slate Ridge at Fisher's Landing. I initially reserved an apartment across the street, site unseen. When I came to visit it in person it was disappointing to say the least. Luckily across the street was beautiful Slate Ridge. Families walking their dogs, kids swimming in the pool, adorable homes and grounds. I walked into the office, after being horrified from the other apartments, and was greeted by the wonderful Amanda. She helped me through the entire process making it a breeze! She answered all my questions, was always cheerful and friendly, and continues to check in on my family to make sure everything is going well. She is AMAZING!!! We have a 2 bedroom with a garage. Love this place! Affordable, lots of space, updated kitchen and appliances, nice flooring, and bonus...great neighbors and the movie theater! Can't say enough good things. Thank you so much Amanda!!!”

“This isn't just an apartment, this truly feels like home. My baby and I needed an apartment this past summer, the Cascade View management team offered us a beautiful ground floor apartment with a gorgeous view of the courtyard. Kim and Eugene work incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly and truly care for the property and residents. I love that they have a 24-hour gym, and the monthly resident events are such a nice perk and a great way to meet neighbors. The property feels safe, it's at such a convenient location. I feel incredibly blessed to live here.”

“I love living in Highland Hills. It's right across the street from my doctor's office and within walking distance to grocery stores, Walgreens, and many restaurants. It's also within walking distance of the beautiful WSU campus. It is pet friendly, quiet and the staff is friendly and responsive. Their maintenance crew is very professional and their response to my requests, whether they be high, medium, or low match my needs. The only drawback is the high cost of rent. This past year my rent increased 15% making it very unaffordable for most people to live here. However, I will say this is indicative of all places in the greater Vancouver, WA area. Rents are too dam high. Other than that, if you can afford high rent, this is the place for you. It's interesting to note the cost of rent was not listed among the choices for star ratings.”

“Navalia is a great addition to our downtown area. Very safe and modern with tall ceilings making the feel even bigger with excellent amenities in the units. Lots of restaurants everywhere within walking distance. No regrets at all. If you're thinking about moving to beautiful downtown Vancouver schedule a walk thru. You'll like what you see too.”

“I visit and stay over night occasionally as I live far away. You can hear people up and down the stairs and slamming doors and music thumping all hours Of the night and day. Seems like mostly kids and parents who don't care they're running around.”

“Have a car parked in my space #36 have called signal 3 times they are supposed to at least sticker the car called at about 10:30PM, on 02/20/2024 and 07:30 AM and 01:00 pm on 01/22/2024 and have received no response....this is ridiculous especially since the handicapped spaces are occupied and getting around with a walker is still difficult for Becky”

“I got the chance to tour this property and a few units and thank goodness i caught the best price i've found around the area! For having a beautiful wood burning fireplace, ample living room and storage closet space, washer and dryer in unit, along with a walk in shower and full bath, this property is amazing for its price! I am so excited to move in - i applied today and am hoping the application and move in process goes smoothly!! :) As a leasing professional for another company, i was nervous to try out a new community. However, Tracy in the office was kind, answered all of my questions the best she could and personalized the experience! She even multi-tasked and helped a few existing residents promptly as we were back and forth touring. Was willing to work with me on finding a unit that works with my timeframe and price range. Thanks Wildflower team(:”

“My experience moving into Creekside Village has been beyond satisfactory. The office staff was awesome and got me and my family approved as soon as they could. The space of this townhome for my family of 4 and two pets is amazing. We were in a small 3 bed apartment before, this townhome with garage is so cool. The home had a couple of things that needed to be tended too after move in, but maintenance staff Elijah and Reed got to these items as soon as they could. Thank you Creekside Village Staff for the good experience in moving!!”

“I love living at Silver Oak apartments. Everyone who works in the office and around the property are awesome. If you have a maintenance order or concern they are very quick to respond. I have lived here for about 6 years. It’s close to restaurants, movie theater, park, you name it. Very dog friendly so many Breeds. Lots of families. In regards to some comments. No Apartments are perfect when it comes to parking. Garages and carports are a option instead of not having parking. Recycling would cut down on a lot of garbage. Thank you to all the employees for working so hard for Silver Oak Apartments I appreciate you a lot❤️”

“This place was a mess. Huge staff turn over, and maintenance requests weren't getting done. Then Eric the new property manager and Jim the new maintenance guy came along. They are on it! I hope this company takes good care of them because the only way I'll renew my lease is if they're still here.”
