That happened to my husband too! I called corporate, and now everytime I need to get something filled it has to be ok by corporate first, and don't even get me started on how to speak to a real person. Rite Aid was far superior.

Nice change from the former Rite Aid pharmacy. Staff seemed to be a bit more personable at this encounter at their drive thru! I have yet to go inside, but it looks like they have made several improvements from what I could see.
