Earthbound Trading is a fun store in the Vancouver mall with the cutest stuff. It is hard to leave without buying at least one thing. They offer clothing, stones, gift ideas, and incense. The store has a great incense selection at a great price, with all items at fairly low prices overall, though some note the prices are a bit out there for a specialty store but not really that bad. The amazing customer service is consistently highlighted. The employees are described as very kind, helpful, sweet, super chill, and amazingly nice people who actually want to be there and want to help people. Staff are noted for going out of their way to assist, such as looking in the back for items not yet on shelves. This contrasts with other stores where customers feel ignored. Many highly recommend the store for its unique products and exceptional service.
The atmosphere is amazing & there's lots of cool stuff. But it's a little pricey.
