Gold's Gym Vancouver (Hazel Dell) offers a supportive and inclusive environment suitable for all fitness levels. Members appreciate the variety of equipment and machines, many of which are well-maintained and useful, including free weights and specialized options like red light therapy. The gym provides both traditional and digital personal training, along with diverse group exercise classes that motivate members to transform their lives. The facility is known for being one of the cleanest gyms in the area, contributing to a positive workout experience. The staff, especially those leading classes like spin, are motivating and friendly. Members also value the membership perks, such as the ability to bring a guest and access to unique amenities. However, some challenges exist. A few treadmills and a stair stepper have been out of service for a while, affecting equipment availability during busy hours. Additionally, some members have experienced issues with gym culture, including instances of loud music, low light, and inappropriate behavior from others, which can sometimes lead to uncomfortable situations. Parents using the Kids Club have raised concerns about the staff's handling of children, especially regarding safety and communication. There have been instances where children were not supervised properly, and staff did not contact parents during emotional moments, indicating a need for improved staff training in conflict resolution and child care. Overall, Gold's Gym Vancouver (Hazel Dell) provides a good environment for fitness, with a supportive atmosphere and a range of amenities, though some maintenance and staff issues are noted.
I've been a gym rat all my life. Thus gym is one of the cleanest ones I've been to. Love Kaylins spin class. She is very motivating.

6 of the treadmills and 1 stair stepper are broken and have been for awhile now. Makes it very difficult to find a machine during the busy hours. Disappointed in the slow maintenance schedule.
