StarCycle Felida-West Vancouver is an indoor cycling studio and a fiercely supportive community. It offers a very positive workout experience in a positive environment where everybody is welcome. The 45-minute, beat-driven cardio rides are consistently exceptional, described as a dance party on a bike where the music keeps you working. Classes are tough, fun, and a great workout that go by fast, leaving you feeling stronger and more empowered. The staff, including the front desk and instructors, are friendly, knowledgeable, and super nice. They create a warm community atmosphere and help with bike setup. The studio also offers childcare during some classes. It is a great supplement to a workout routine and comes highly recommended for anyone looking for a good, low-impact exercise.
This place is great! Finally a spin studio that gives you space between the bikes! Love the owner and instructors. Even the front desk staff was extremely kind. Check out the 9:00am class. It will make your whole week better.

Not only is this a killer workout…. The community is top notch. Instructors truly care about their clients, and the community is what really sold me on this place. I’m so grateful to have StarCycle Felida in my routine and as a part of my life!
