Jacksons Food Stores provides a clean and neat environment with clean bathrooms. The staff is consistently noted for exceptional, above-and-beyond customer service, with employees described as friendly, kind, helpful, positive, and courteous. They are assets to the store, creating excellent experiences for customers. This includes counter workers who provide straightforward and friendly service, as well as managers and attendants who actively assist with problems, such as helping with a stuck gas door or aiding a sick child. The store offers a variety of items including Jacksons Bake Shop baked goods, hot foods, deli-prepared items, refrigerated and frozen foods, frozen novelties like Häagen-Dazs, Icee slushies, and motor oil. It is attached to a Shell gas station and has ample parking. Customers express being very impressed, grateful, and note that the attentive staff truly makes the store.
I had an excellent experience at this jacksons/shell. The store was very neat, bathrooms clean.. The attendant really made the difference with the level of customer service. Between the positive attitude and genuine courtesy I was very impressed. Thank you, Brandon, for the above and beyond service
