The Costco membership is probably worth it, just for the gas! If I’m in that area of town it’s where I go, or sometimes I plan my trips so I can fill up there! The attendants are very helpful!”

“This is our local Fred Meyer's. You'll find the store very well stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need. From groceries produce meats, cheeses, furniture, toys, games, tools, you name it they have it. This is also one of the cleanest stores I've seen. we really enjoy shopping here.”

“Hey, I never really bothered with arco, I had a job there as a teenager and to put it bluntly.. we sold crappy gasoline.. it wasn't very good for the engine.. things have really changed, I feel. I use premium in my rig and it loves it. Not to mention that the prices are usually quite better than the competition. Also, the staff in the ampm inside are great. All of the staff including the owner have impressed me greatly with the level of customer service and personable demeanor.. thank you all for the excellent service and keep it up!”

“I couldn’t imagine working for a more understanding, generous, incredible company. Am I pulling in the big bucks? No...but my job description doesn’t call for a high wage either. Yet the respect and treatment I get working with TCG is unmatched by any other company I’ve ever worked for. Everyone is treated with equal respect, from the top executive to the new hire, and there is no sense of “I’m better than you because I’m the boss/owner/CEO/Store Manager, etc.”TCG and the management staff puts family as one of its top priorities. Not only are we treated like family, they completely understand that their employees have a life outside of work with its own demands and obligations. I have a fairly “complicated” home situation. My manager is MORE than understanding and always willing to help arrange my work schedule around that so that it not only meets the needs of the company, but also so I get the most hours possible without too much disruption of the time I have with my children. She completely understands that childcare can be expensive, and with a job that doesn’t pay much more than minimum wage, finding an affordable solution can be a challenge. How many companies do you know of that understand and so generously work with your needs, rather than say “It’s not our problem, you’ll have to figure it out”?All I have to say is: I thoroughly appreciate the way TCG and the management team run this company, and I am incredibly grateful to be working with and for The Convenience Group!”

I feel he deserves a raise if he has not had one because when I show up he makes me comfortable and he’s professional. There is another guy that I am uncomfortable with so I’m glad they are finding better people.
All I am trying to say is that owners should respect James and keep him long -term because he is an asset to the company.

“I'll give this a five-star rating because I don't want to hurt your score. However, you should improve your customer service. I visited to get my car cleaned inside, and the staff member there barely explained the services. Since it was my first time, I asked how the interior and exterior cleaning work. I had to ask if I could get my car done, and he said it would take about 45 minutes, almost discouraging me from doing business there. I asked if he could schedule an appointment 45 minutes later, but he told me it's first come, first served, and there was hardly anyone there. I decided to leave because it seemed they didn't care and didn't want my business.”

Vacuums on the other hand were horrible. Litterly no suction at all. The overall gas station isn't bad though, I will say the bathroom could use some air freshener 😂”

“This Chevron is great! I've had nothing, but positive experiences here. The staff are genuine, friendly, kind, and welcoming. Also I've witnessed staff members paying the difference if someone has been short change when paying. I think that's such a generous thing to do. Most of the staff are quick at the register, but there are a few that are a little on the slow side, but still friendly.. that means a lot these days!”

“Courteous service. I usually have zero wait, but at most five minutes. So convenient. I either call in or if I drop by, they usually can fill the prescription in fifteen minutes, much shorter than the time it takes me to do the grocery shopping.
I imagine most have my experience and just haven’t written a review. Sometimes being good and consistent isn’t enough to prompt a review. I took the time to write one because I don’t think the mediocre or bad reviews reflect the overall experience here.”
