“Desperately needed a new mattress but had no idea where to start. Went to Sleep Bargains as it was on the way to some other errands. Shane took the time to teach me Mattress 101 and let me test out everything in the store without putting any pressure on me to buy. I stopped at two other places and they were so sleazy, sales-y, and sketchy that I immediately returned to Sleep Bargains and made a purchase. Shane was really patient with me as I ended up needing to do an exchange a few months later. Then helped me out when I found that I had tore the back of the mattress while I was moving it; he contacted the manufacturer and then gave me a recommendation on how to patch it.

I’ve had my mattress for about a year now and I’m really happy with it. Would highly recommend to anyone who could use some guidance on finding the mattress that’s right for them!”

“This was our second stop while looking for a king bed. We walked in & was greeted by JC & he told he'd be right there after finishing up with the couple at the register.

We told him what we were looking for & what type of bed we didn't really like. From the knowledge we learned at the first store, we knew we wanted a spring mattress not memory foam. So he had us lay on his most popular one. It was a bit out of our price range so he had us try something similar for a lower price & also another one at an even lower price. He also suggested we try the hybrid which is foam on he top layer, spring on bottom. We liked that as well. We narrowed it down to the hybrid & middle price point spring, but in the end chose the spring. We were told that the king size would have to be ordered & that it would take 2 weeks. Delivery was free, unlike the first place we visited. JC was great, he wasn't pushy & we didn't feel pressured to buy it.

We got a call in just 1.5 weeks that it was ready. They communicated well the night before the timeframe they'd be coming & when they were about 10 minutes. A very quick easy drop off. Last night was our first night with the bed, & ohhhh it's so nice. Our dog sleeps in our bed & we all have space now without feeling cramped. We had a great nights sleep.”

“I absolutely love the bed for my daughter! It is so beautiful!! The moment I came in they were really helpful in finding the type of bedroom set I was looking for. I came in looking for a specific type of bed set & a specific color as well as a mattress. They helped me find what I wanted and it was at a reasonable price. I purchased a queen bed set & a queen mattress. Unfortunately they didnt have it at the store & they had to order it. Which is fine. It took about a week or so to receive it. They called and setup a time for delivery and they literally were able to deliver that same day. However I was not available so we scheduled for the following day! I was actually very blown away by this because I have dealt with several furniture companies in the past, Once the product finally does come in after a month or so wait, then they call to set up delivery and then that takes atleast another 2 weeks for them to deliver it to my house!! Even after it has already taken a month for it to be delivered to them!! Which is crazy to me. But this furniture store was not like that!! Anyways, I want to add that they did however forget my queen mattress. I asked one of the delivery men where the mattress was and he was very very helpful. I could not find the receipt at that moment so I told him that once I do I will call the store and then we can further figure out what was going on. but he actually surprised me with his response and said, no worries I will call the store, they have a copy and we can figure out what’s going on right now. He was not rushing me, he wasn’t making me feel rushed and he had a great attitude about it. Because I have dealt with lots of delivery men in the past, almost all I have dealt with were always in a hurry or rush to get out of there. So that is why I told him that I would find it and call the store so they can leave but he was not in a hurry or rush at all. They did confirm that there was a mistake somewhere and they do see that I did order the mattress and he told me that he will be back. I asked him if he thought it would be today, he said it would be in the next 30 min! ? which also took me my surprise because furniture companies in the past, has done this to me a lot. They forget a product and it literally takes them another 2-3 days to come back. like when I tell you I have had bad experiences, bad it just an understatement. Sure enough, him and his partner were back in less then 20 min. The costumer service is excellent and because this has been so stress free, fast and easy I would recommend them 110% and I will definitely be going back for any future furniture purchases! I was told that they are a small, family owned business and I absolutely love and support small, family owned businesses. So that is why I wanted to leave a very detailed review, because I feel that family owned and local businesses take more pride in how they run things. Hopefully this review helps and whoever is reading this, if you are trying to decide on some where to go, well look no further! This is the place you need to be! Oh and one more thing, customers, please tip your delivery drivers!(only if it’s a good experience) Even if it simply took 5 minutes for them to bring it inside from the truck. Normalize tipping for delivery drivers like them! They do so much heavy lifting, so much driving and a lot more behind the scenes. I forgot to add, they have an option where they will put it together for you by paying a little extra! Don’t quote me on this but I think they said about 40? Which is totally reasonably considering the amount of work it took my husband to put it all together. I’m not sure if that’s a set price or not? I’m not sure if it goes by how much stuff you have? But just know that they do offer help. I personally did not need the help, but some people do. So hopefully that is helpful information! Thank you bed 4 less for this beautiful bed set and mattress! It’s not cheaply made at all! I appreciate your services as well!”
